What you can rent here
Rent-A-Center is a national rent-to-own chain with 1,948 stores across all 50 states, reaching communities from Lawrence, Massachusetts and Kissimmee, Florida to Harlingen, Texas and Booneville, Mississippi. Customer reviews
My wife and I have nothing but great things to say about this location and manage David. His staff as well as himself have always gone out of their way to make sure we have been satisfied with our rental agreements and have always made sure all of our questions were answered. A+ customer service

I had an outstanding experience with Rent-A-Center! From the moment I walked in, the level of customer service truly stood out. The team is incredibly empathetic, understanding, and genuinely cares about helping customers find exactly what they need. They are professional, friendly, and go above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, and they really deliver on providing top-quality products in a fast and timely manner. I especially want to recognize David—he is absolutely number one when it comes to customer experience and service. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication made a huge difference, and it’s clear he takes pride in treating customers with respect and care. Highly recommend Rent-A-Center to anyone looking for excellent service and a team that truly values their customers!
This location only received a star because it allowed me to write a review. My experience here was absolutely horrible. I bought items from this place and immediately returned them within my first three months. From the very beginning, the customer service was terrible. They were deceitful and added inaccurate charges that I was told were mandatory for everyone. I would never buy anything from RAC again; this was my first and last experience.
David was amazing today helping us get set up with our new couch. Very friendly, professional and had jokes. We had a great time and lots of laughter. Would definitely recommend getting what you need from David!
David was great to work with professional, efficient, and reliable. He got the job done quickly and with high quality. I appreciated his clear communication and attention to detail throughout the process. Highly recommend!
