These people are horrible first off they over charge you for items that are supposed to be new, but the merchandise is all used on top of that all of my merchandise didn’t come in at the same time. The worst part is that they call you repeatedly on the day that your payment is due. The store manager or the associates show no compassion to their customers they don’t care if you are in the hospital or anything. They also discuss your private business matters with anyone who they can contact about you. I have never in life seen a place of business this unprofessional and rude they will never get any more of my money and I’ll be sure to tell everyone I know not to deal with them period They don’t deserve any stars

Yall brought me a defective dryer and never showed up today to swap me out. Im upset. Ain't had a week and got to wait a week to get another. Said sat or Monday I just made my first payment today. Not a good way to start off with customers

Have been waiting on a refund for a 85 inch tv since end of December I was told I would receive a refund 7-10 days . Have been patiently waiting and have not received anything . Called early this week and was informed I would get the refund this week . Still have not received . Called location phone line just rings . I keep receiving payment emails for the tv that I didn’t receive but still haven’t received refund . Very disappointed

I would like to share my experience with Rent-A-Center, as I believe it is important for potential customers to be informed. I had been a loyal customer for over two years prior to relocating to Fort Worth, where I discovered the Rent-A-Center on Berry Street, conveniently located less than two miles from my home. I purchased a washer and dryer, and it took three weeks to receive a functioning set. Unfortunately, the initial set delivered did not meet my expectations, and the replacement set also had issues. Throughout this process, payments were deducted from my account despite not having the equipment. Eventually, when I did receive the appliances, the manager assured me that I would be compensated for the inconvenience. However, not only did I not receive this compensation, but I was also double charged. Additionally, delivery and pickup times were consistently delayed by one to two days. Even after I requested to cancel my account and return the equipment, I am still being charged a membership fee for an account I am no longer using. We returned the washer and dryer three weeks ago, and I believe these charges are unjust. Moreover, I encountered unprofessional behavior from one of the female associates, which contributed to my decision to discontinue business with Rent-A-Center. On a positive note, I would like to highlight the exceptional service I received from a team in Bradenton, Florida, who went above and beyond to meet my needs. I encourage others to read reviews and consider their options carefully before doing business with this Rent-A-Center on Berry Street. Thank you for your attention to this matter. The only reason this store is getting 1 store is because I can't give a zero. The system won't allow it.

At this point I just want all my money back. They don’t even deserve 1 star. I received my washer and dryer July 29 and it was delivered on the 30th. The washer was already broken it would spin so loud we couldn’t hear each other talk. The first week I informed them about it, they said they would send somebody. This went on for 3 weeks until I had to call their contractor and he had no clue about what what was going on. It is almost October my washer is not fixed, I have not received the replacer, no returning phone calls, Oh, they do know how to pick up the phone when they want a payment though. They are the WORST and nothing but liars.
