EZ Rentals rents to own in Kentucky, Tennessee and Virginia.

They went above and beyond to make sure to get my payment the way that fit me and got it delivered the same day !! Very nice people

They are great. I have used them for many items over many many years and they have always went out of their way to work with me. They even ordered me the exact dishwasher I wanted direct from the retailer and financed it themselves.

Very nice lady manager there now. She is nice and did me good. Thank u so much and God bless u guys. The guys that hauled to the house was excellent also. Thank all of u!

I would not go anywhere else. They r really friendly, nice and very kind and trying their best to help u out.

Not good because I need a bed but I tried to get one and because I didn't have the money until I get my check on the, 3rd, which was two days away they wouldn't let me get the bed

Love this place an the people, friendly easy to work with as long as you communicate..would definitely recommend them if they don't have they will do there best to get it...

Very nice and helpful, would use their services again..

I will never rent from ezrentals and neither should you!! They acted unprofessional and inappropriately with female customers.

I had an emergency situation in which I needed a reclining chair for medical reasons. I found E-Z Rentals Home Furnishings to be very helpful in accommodating my needs. Both the manage and the delivery personnel were delightful to work with, and the payment plan was easy to understand, pricing fair, and payments convenient. While there, I took the opportunity to look around. Their furniture selection was much better than I had expected. Should I ever need to rent furniture again E-Z will definitely be a consideration.

This is the best place to go we showed up at 9:10 am for a refrigerator we bought one and the lady working today made sure it was delivered also a big shout out to Josh and Jessie for bringing our refrigerator and they where nice and set up our refrigerator thank you for being so wonderful! Give it 10 stars.

The employees are always friendly and helpful. They’re polite whenever I come into the store in town and the products I’ve gotten from them have always been great quality and without complaints

My family was visiting for a little reunion and they supplied us with 2 reclining chairs and gave my family the most amazing customer service. Went above and beyond to help them. So grateful they were there and were such a blessing to our family!

I was lied to . The order i & my boyfriend picked out . Wasn't originally ordered even though my boyfriend called everyday. They sent me a 2 piece and I needed 5 . I have no room for company. I had to go buy outside chairs for people to sit in my living room.

The staff are amazing! They have quality products at a reasonable price and the deliever pretty quick! I give them a 5 star rating in my opinion!

Friendly faces and very patient with me!! Appreciate the kindness they showed!

Charles and Ryan are the best people I have ever delt with super nice. Charles went beyond measures to get my kid a ps5 we are very happy with them and will definitely be back.

My family and I just moved in to a new house in Crossville and both of our sons needed new bedroom suites. After all the expenses of moving inn we didn't have an extra to go out and purchase brand new suites from the big name stores, so we started looking online and found E Z Rentals in Crossville. My wife and I went inn, spoke to Keith (Store Manager) about what we needed and what we were looking for, he had the furniture out on display (as well as all kinds of Living Room Suites, Electronics, Game Systems, and more) in a large open display area. He explained the payment process and the amount to own the furniture. We setup the day and time to have them delivered and setup, the guys who brought out the furniture and setup it up take the upmost care and pride in bringing it inn setting everything up in your home and don't leave until you are happy! I will definitely shop again at E Z Rentals as well as send my friends and family to Keith and the team here for our future needs! Keith, from my family and two happy boys thank you again for your professionalism and and making this process E Z with E Z Rentals! The Thompson's

The manager Charles is amazing and very professional and made things so easy for me in adding some new furniture to my account I love doing business with him.

Chuck at Ez Rentals went above and beyond to help. I’ve only written just a very few Google reviews, but this one definitely deserves a 10 star review. He was extremely helpful, very professional I will definitely be back to continue business with easy rental as long as I have the opportunity to work with Chuck again, and whoever this may concern that reads these he definitely definitely deserves a raise. And Chuck, if you see this, I hope to continue doing business with you for years and years to come thank you for all your hard work and your persistence and most of all. Thank you for your integrity.
