I went in looking for a new Xbox one s and they had one , I asked how much to buy it outright no payments. The lady said 800 dollars and some change I can't remember because I was astonished by the price. I went to Walmart and they're 200 bucks brand new. That whole place is a scam and everyone needs to know that just driving down to Walmart can save you 600 dollars.

The employees at the newport Tennessee store are absolutely wonderful to deal with. The store is clean the products look great. The reason why I knocked two stars off my review is because of the website. The website seriously reminds me of a website from 2005/ 2006 era. I wish they had a customer login system where they have a whole almost Facebook style login system where it shows your past purchases or like detailed billing information etc etc that looks like it's from this decade. Lol when I try to pay the bill over the phone for whatever reason my debit card keeps getting rejected even if there's money on there. I try to pay via the website and my God it literally takes me sometimes hours and I'm not exaggerating HOURS.

Extremely nice people. Very helpful. The entire crew was extremely professional. The manager came after hours and fixed a minor issue we were having and it works perfectly. Thank you guys. We really do appreciate y'all.

They did good bringing the stuff in they were kind and awsome but I do recommend you to go and get there furniture and they were professional about there work

Suggestion for the day! Think hard before using this place. Great at first but if there is a mistake on their end they'll make it like its on you. My son chose a bed back in August. The guy said it was the only one they had and it was a good deal, so we agreed. The guy was super nice, got all the paperwork together and then asked what kind of payments we wanted, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. I said weekly since my check falls in between my husband's so it made since, since it was a smaller payment it helped us a little bit,, when we was talking payments he mentioned we had to put the first payment down I said thats fine and we did, at the same time he mentioned auto draft. I said absolutely because thats what we would prefer so its one less thing to worry about, he clicked a few things on the computer and said it was all set up and everything would print for us to sign for the autodraft. Everything went through the computer and printer and we signed everything and we was out the door, they delivered the bed about a week later no problems, months went by no issues never heard a thing, and then.... 5 MONTHS LATER (from the time we bought the bed)..... I get a call, Not a- hey this is so and so... Not a- how are ya?.. Not a- blah blah blah this is, and this is why I am calling ans wondering if we can get this situated.... I answer the phone to, If we dont get our merchandise we are taking legal action in a very hateful attitude, straight out of the gate. I am at work at this point. This guy gets on the phone and tells me they havent recieved a payment since September for their merchandise and if they dont recieve it or their stuff they are taking legal action, and I was like Im confused this is the first Im hearing of anything not being paid. Hes like yeah we've made multiple attempts to your house. You've made multiple attempts to my house in 5 months and have never caught me home?!?! My husband has been home for 2 months from being hurt at work?!?! I dont believe that! Why have you not sent letters or something to let me know something was wrong? Well, we have made house attempts! I was like, Ok??? Well these payments was set up on auto pay and since I was never notified I was never aware so how was I supposed to correct anything? He was like these payments was never signed on auto pay we have done nothing wrong on our part you have! He proceeded to threaten me and speak extremely rude threatening legal action and tell me he will continue to try to come by the house and yes I told him if he comes back to my house without proper permission with this type of attitude he would be in trouble. Well I called back and told him their bed was to be picked up at the end of our driveway no later than the next day because with my husband being out of work we cant afford to fix a mistake they made. Hope EZ Rentals feels good about taking a 3 year olds bed in the middle of winter leaving him with nothing!!!!!!

They were very unprofessional. They tried to deliver. My stuff couldn't deliver it. I tried to get my money back. It was a giant complication. Still haven't got my money back and they tried to take the payment out of my account when I didn't receive anything very untrustworthy do not go here.

Charles at EZ Rentals made renting a PS5 super easy, and the deal was great. Everything worked perfectly and the experience was smooth from start to finish. Definitely recommend!

Keith and the whole staff are so nice!!!! I had a issuer with my dryer plug and Keith took the extra time to help me figure out what was wrong and explained to me what I needed to get to get it fixed so my New dryer would work. 10/10 recommend

These guys are AMAZING!!!! I wont go anywhere else. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and always does what they say. I bought a bedroom set off them, paid it off. Had to replace the washer/dryer and fridge cause everything went out at the same time. They hooked us up immediately and had exactly what i was looking for.

I went in to the an seeing about getting a washer and dryer and a freezer. The gentleman i spoke with was very very helpful and answered all my questions I had . This gentleman even call a different store to check the price on the freezer for me .

They were very helpful and kind I loved working with them for a bunk bed for my children and the manager was very sweet. I would definitely use them again for our furniture needs!

The manager is great, he's friendly, and very easy to work with. I live in an apartment complex and I've told everyone about how great he is. He and my husband were big cuties and hit it off immediately .

I have to say that Mr Keith and his associates that work under him are very polite, kind, and very professional. When I need something Mr Keith does his best to make sure that I get what I'm looking for. This last time it took a while for me to get what I wanted, but it wasn't because of Mr Keith's fault it was because the company had issues with getting it here to me on time. I'm going to be honest and say that I was going to cancel my order, but Mr Keith told me when it was supposed to come in, which was in the middle of December. I don't know what Mr Keith did but he must have put fire under someone because my sectional was here in November instead. Mr Keith is a great manager at EZ-Rentals here in Crossville. He is very professional and knows his job very well. I can call him and tell him what I have found on the website and we will discuss it. I could not ask for a better person to converse with over the phone when I need something for my apartment. Thank you Mr Keith for doing an awesome job!! The guys at EZ rentals have always been amazing. Chuck has always helped me with anything I need. I called today because my TV is acting up and he worked to get me a new one the same day. Highly recommend them for anything you need.
