Not good because I need a bed but I tried to get one and because I didn't have the money until I get my check on the, 3rd, which was two days away they wouldn't let me get the bed

I will never rent from ezrentals and neither should you!! They acted unprofessional and inappropriately with female customers.

I had an emergency situation in which I needed a reclining chair for medical reasons. I found E-Z Rentals Home Furnishings to be very helpful in accommodating my needs. Both the manage and the delivery personnel were delightful to work with, and the payment plan was easy to understand, pricing fair, and payments convenient. While there, I took the opportunity to look around. Their furniture selection was much better than I had expected. Should I ever need to rent furniture again E-Z will definitely be a consideration.

This is the best place to go we showed up at 9:10 am for a refrigerator we bought one and the lady working today made sure it was delivered also a big shout out to Josh and Jessie for bringing our refrigerator and they where nice and set up our refrigerator thank you for being so wonderful! Give it 10 stars.

My family was visiting for a little reunion and they supplied us with 2 reclining chairs and gave my family the most amazing customer service. Went above and beyond to help them. So grateful they were there and were such a blessing to our family!

I was lied to . The order i & my boyfriend picked out . Wasn't originally ordered even though my boyfriend called everyday. They sent me a 2 piece and I needed 5 . I have no room for company. I had to go buy outside chairs for people to sit in my living room.

The staff are amazing! They have quality products at a reasonable price and the deliever pretty quick! I give them a 5 star rating in my opinion!

Charles and Ryan are the best people I have ever delt with super nice. Charles went beyond measures to get my kid a ps5 we are very happy with them and will definitely be back.

My family and I just moved in to a new house in Crossville and both of our sons needed new bedroom suites. After all the expenses of moving inn we didn't have an extra to go out and purchase brand new suites from the big name stores, so we started looking online and found E Z Rentals in Crossville. My wife and I went inn, spoke to Keith (Store Manager) about what we needed and what we were looking for, he had the furniture out on display (as well as all kinds of Living Room Suites, Electronics, Game Systems, and more) in a large open display area. He explained the payment process and the amount to own the furniture. We setup the day and time to have them delivered and setup, the guys who brought out the furniture and setup it up take the upmost care and pride in bringing it inn setting everything up in your home and don't leave until you are happy! I will definitely shop again at E Z Rentals as well as send my friends and family to Keith and the team here for our future needs!
