These guys are AMAZING!!!! I wont go anywhere else. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and always does what they say. I bought a bedroom set off them, paid it off. Had to replace the washer/dryer and fridge cause everything went out at the same time. They hooked us up immediately and had exactly what i was looking for.

I have to say that Mr Keith and his associates that work under him are very polite, kind, and very professional. When I need something Mr Keith does his best to make sure that I get what I'm looking for. This last time it took a while for me to get what I wanted, but it wasn't because of Mr Keith's fault it was because the company had issues with getting it here to me on time. I'm going to be honest and say that I was going to cancel my order, but Mr Keith told me when it was supposed to come in, which was in the middle of December. I don't know what Mr Keith did but he must have put fire under someone because my sectional was here in November instead. Mr Keith is a great manager at EZ-Rentals here in Crossville. He is very professional and knows his job very well. I can call him and tell him what I have found on the website and we will discuss it. I could not ask for a better person to converse with over the phone when I need something for my apartment. Thank you Mr Keith for doing an awesome job!!
