Love my Kingsport RAC!! I've not been the easiest customer to talk to 😅 but they're still great to me! Thank you guys truly!! I lost my job and my mom back in October.. The people at Kingsport RAC paid our last payment on our washer and dryer 😭 We just paid off our couches yesterday and I would rent from Kingsport,TN. RAC ANYTIME❤️

This was my first time using your service & I must say that it was by far the easiest process that I have ever had to deal with as far as retail stores go. Leslie was there with me holding my hand pretty much from the start to finish the whole way you know and she she worked with my schedule and was so easy to talk to and made me understand everything clearly and easily the first time and the whole process was a breeze. I went to your Kingsport Tennessee store and Leslie was like she's a doll I feel like if not for her you're off customer ratio would not be as high as it is and she even went as far as to staying late after work two nights in a row trying to help me get all my stuff together to where I could have the paperwork turned in and all my ducks in a row so when I come in the next day all we have to do is just sign the papers and that to me just spoke volumes because she didn't have to stay she could have been doing anything else and she stayed with me and actually will not she even stayed 2 hours after work waiting on me so I feel she deserves some kind of recognition and if nothing else at least to raise because she is amazing!!
