I recently got an item from them and was helped with sale by a man named Tyrone who is their sales manager. He was prompt, polite and knowledgeable! He actually called me back when the item was not at first available and made it happen immediately. I cant be more pleased with the level of service at their location. When going to pick it up the store manager was also there and she is beyond pleasant and an angel to deal with. The store has an unbelieveable level of positive customer service and attention to the customer and i would recommend this location to anyone! Very pleased with my product it is well worth the purchase going through Rent One !
