This is my first time doing business with Rent One in Brownsville, TN. Customer service from Kristine and Kimberly were great. They were very fun yet professional. I had a good experience along with fast delivery service the next day with Ashley with no problems. I actually had a mix up but Kimberly called after hours and made sure I was aware it would be corrected the next day and it was. Thank you Kimberly for going above and beyond to make sure my first experience was great and being apologetic.

Ok guys first off my husband and I love how we are treated as soon as we walk in the doors. Secondly the customer service from Kimberly and the manager Christine is amazing. They are hard workers, they take your request seriously, and they will work with you in numerous ways to make sure you're happy with your purchase. They are very professional and caring people. Lastly the delivery drivers they had come out Ashley sweat and Keith tyus did a wonderful job! Nothing in our home was damaged while they were installing our items! Also, I must say Ashley sweat went well out of her way for us, she is amazing and knows her stuff! We both are very satisfied with how everything was handled. We could not be happier! I would absolutely urge you guys to pick rent one over the other companies! We have had horrible experiences with other places and also received broken item from the other companies as well. Rent one is amazing and they price is well with the quality items you will get!!

Rent one has always been a wonderful place to get a wide variety of appliances for your home. My wife and I recently got a number of items from them including tvs and a washer and dryer set. They had exactly what we were looking for and the price is well worth it. The manager Christine is wonderful and will help you in anyway. My wife and I absolutely love Kimberly who is a great sales associate, she kind and takes her job serious. The delivery drives who brought out our items Ashley sweat and Keith tyus did an amazing job. Nothing in our home was damaged while they installed all of our items. I must say as well Ashley sweat went above and beyond for us when it come to her doing her job. We are both extremely happy with how everything was handled and would absolutely recommend them far above other companies!!!!!!! Come out to rent one and get treated with respect or go elsewhere and get treated horribly with broken items. Rent one is the place to go!!!

The customer service has improved over the months. Mr. Darwin and his crew always aim to help, and work with you. Communication is great! If you have a warranty, they will get to you fast. His crew will make sure anything broken is fixed right or replace it with a new one. Haven't had a bad experience with them yet.
