When i walk into the store i like to deal with chad only keith and terrance are always rude. One day i walked in and keith was asleep at his desk very unprofessional. But as far as my experience it is always great when i deal with chad great guy always about his job. 10 out of 10 for him. When Mr. Chad comes out to my house always professional,respectful, and proper shirt tucked and dressed appropriately and always does fine service calls and gets the job done quick and efficiently he deserves a raise and should be running that store.
