This is my second time coming to rent one the first time years ago they were mean and didn't not care about helping you. They would take your money and pocket it.. Since they got them gone and years later I come back I have nothing but very nice people and I have not had any issues.. Ananda is very sweet and helps and does her job.. From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted with kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help. The management team truly stands out. They are knowledgeable, patient, and respectful, and they made sure I understood all of my options without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. You can tell this location is well-managed because the staff works together smoothly and treats customers like they truly matter, not just another sale. What impressed me most was that they had exactly what I was looking for in store. The selection was well organized, clean, and up to date, which made it easy to find the right item for my needs. When I had questions, the staff took the time to explain everything clearly and honestly, which made me feel confident in my decision. The delivery service was outstanding. My items were delivered on time as promised, and the delivery team was polite, efficient, and careful with my home and my furniture.
