Ken the manager is very rude he keeps stocking my wife at her work and he told my wife that if he comes to my house it won't be pretty sounds like a threat to me very unprofessional would not recommend them at all

I have gotten several pieces from EZ rentals in Greeneville and have been very satisfied. I highly recommend this place and the staff Jacob and Issac are great! Kenneth the manager is awesome and very helpful. Thanks so much Shelly Slagle

the workers work so well with you and tell you everything there is to need to know about what ever item you were to purchase. they also provide service of delivering and setting up your item! highly recommend if you’re looking for low priced items weekly/monthly! 10/10 staff.

The manager Ken drove by my daughter's house after hours.He called her a week before her payment was due.She told like 8 times that she needed it monthly.He still set it up weekly.His employees are rude and beat doors like they are police.i have never dealt with such rudeness in my life Corporate definitely needs to check into his book keeping.He also said my daughter was 5 months behind but she hasn't had the stuff long.They came to get it and Ken was with them and called the cops.The officers that came said they have been to aLot of EZ rentals repos because no one likes Ken.if I could I would rate the store a zero because of Ken.

The customer care service was trash. The manager is very bad for harassing people. ken in which is the manager called one week prior to my payment being due and started driving past my home late at night 8:30pm through 11pm. when I first rented my bedroom suit and living room suit, I asked them to put it on monthly in which he refused stating it had to be put on weekly in which he would go back and fix it later in which he never did. The employees there are so unprofessional all but one. unless you want trash in your yard or being harassed every day of your life, I do not suggest renting from these people.

Went there looking for a washer and dryer and found a fairly nice one. I am pretty happy with them. Never had such nice washer and dryer. But the overall experience was nice the guy in there was super nice. He was originally from another store. The guy who came the next day to hook them up was from another store as well but he was right on time. I do Highly recommend this place...
