Not good because I need a bed but I tried to get one and because I didn't have the money until I get my check on the, 3rd, which was two days away they wouldn't let me get the bed

First off, My family loves the bedroom suites and fridgerator we bought from y'all!! Next staff here especially Timer and Kelsey Amazing customer service and they help you as much as they possibly can through the whole process picking out what's right for your home that your looking for too getting everything safe and secure in your home with delivery too final payment. I would highly recommend this store before going to a different furniture place!

The employees at the newport Tennessee store are absolutely wonderful to deal with. The store is clean the products look great. The reason why I knocked two stars off my review is because of the website. The website seriously reminds me of a website from 2005/ 2006 era. I wish they had a customer login system where they have a whole almost Facebook style login system where it shows your past purchases or like detailed billing information etc etc that looks like it's from this decade. Lol when I try to pay the bill over the phone for whatever reason my debit card keeps getting rejected even if there's money on there. I try to pay via the website and my God it literally takes me sometimes hours and I'm not exaggerating HOURS.

Highly recommend for great deals, ability to pay monthly or weekly.. even 6 months same as cash! Fast delivery and customer service is always friendly and helpful.
