The store in Newport is hard to work with. I am late on (Dec) payment. (Only have been late one other time in 5 years. I am less then 2 payments from it being paid off. I had sickness and death in my family and they won't work with me. I told them I can pay it off next month. Guy was so rude. I won't deal with them anymore.

Paid off my bedroom set and was my washer and dryer and was given preferred customer status but was refused service for a 50 inch TV and ps 5 do not recommend ANYONE shop at this store..VERY vindictive management

Payment due today couldn’t call to cancel the payment and have them come get the couch. Because I was literally sick in bed. Was already in the negative and they put me more in the negative. Soon as I woke up and saw the charge I called and asked them to refund me and come get the couch. And was told they wouldn’t refund me and they would call me back to schedule a day to come get the couch. I guess they don’t realize people go through actual real life stuff. Like sickness. And can’t just remember to call. Rudest people I’ve ever came in contact with. Worst customer service. And worst place I’ve ever leased anything from. Would not recommend this location to my worst enemy. GO Somewhere ELSE. They will charge your card through 8 different links so 1 will hopefully go through till they get their money. And they do not care about you or your REAL life problems they just want their money even if you’re dying.

Friendliest and most helpful staff on any rent to own type store I’ve ever encountered. Mandy was great and super sweet and then we met the manager, Matt, who was incredibly helpful and made the entire agreement very comfortable for me. Great place to go for what you’re looking for.

I've bought a smart TV and then I've almost got a washer and dryer paid for, they are great. Always friendly and when I get busy at work and forget to call in my payment they give a friendly reminder and I love the membership, mostly because of the Insurance you get on whatever you buy!!! I'm already thinking about what I want to get next

I've bought a smart TV and then I've almost got a washer and dryer paid for, they are great.
