I want to update my previous review because I don’t feel it fully reflected my overall experience. Michael has been very easy to work with professional, supportive, and genuinely helpful throughout my time here. Unfortunately, I allowed a negative experience with one coworker to overshadow all the positive things Michael has done, which wasn’t fair. I appreciate his patience, communication, and the effort he’s put into creating customer experiences

I loved there businesses when they did they ps5 with me but know I got a washer driver and tv and they not wanting 2 work with me specially with my youngest being sick and doctor bills coming up Knocking on my neighbors door is crazy like not even been home r in Knox and I trying 2 make the payments y'all tore my couch asked Michael to take a precegent of the couch he said yes then change the whole story up it crazy frfr cuz i always on time but can't even cut me a deal cuz they ripped my couch bothering my neighbors is crazy

Best company, great customer service. And very understanding, Ralph is an outstanding employee, he delivered my furniture and went above and beyond as it took time and work to get inside my apartment, very professional and humble. I had a problem with the poly fill inside my cushion they took care of it and order it free of charge and Ralph again came out and took his time, made sure I was happy. EX RENTALS is truly blessed to have him as an employee. As well as Mike who works at the store, very understanding as I had some health issues and ended up in hospital and they worked with me and understood, means alot when a company understand hardships, I wouldn't go anywhere else for my future purchases. Thank you ez rentals. And Ralph deserves a big raise. If I could give him ten star review I would.

Michael is an amazing person! They will work with you in times of hardship. I've never dealt with a rental company that is more willing to work with you than Ez Rentals. I will definitely recommend to family and friends and will be a returning customer!
