Justin and his delivery team were absolutely outstanding! From start to finish, their communication was clear and professional, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. They handled my furniture with great care and made sure everything was delivered perfectly. On top of that, they were incredibly kind and respectful throughout the entire experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better delivery service—highly recommend!

I have to say the process to rent to own from this company is super easy and if you keep up with payments it will pay off early. First time was an emergency . Summer 2025 during a thunderstorm our tv blew and Smartway was the first place i had called and they were very helpful and I didnt have to go in at all. they did everything over the phone which is convenient for me since i work 2 jobs and dont have time to stop in. i just recently got a washer and dryer set being delivered tues. Again it was a painless process over the phone. I recommend trying Smartway for your RTO needs. You can also pay off early if you want and then it will be yours.

Justin is so amazing to work with, he went above and beyond the day before Thanksgiving to make sure we received an amazing refrigerator just in time! I highly recommend if you need a good company to work with you on payments and getting what you need in a timely manner!
