I have to say the process to rent to own from this company is super easy and if you keep up with payments it will pay off early. First time was an emergency . Summer 2025 during a thunderstorm our tv blew and Smartway was the first place i had called and they were very helpful and I didnt have to go in at all. they did everything over the phone which is convenient for me since i work 2 jobs and dont have time to stop in. i just recently got a washer and dryer set being delivered tues. Again it was a painless process over the phone. I recommend trying Smartway for your RTO needs. You can also pay off early if you want and then it will be yours.

Justin is so amazing to work with, he went above and beyond the day before Thanksgiving to make sure we received an amazing refrigerator just in time! I highly recommend if you need a good company to work with you on payments and getting what you need in a timely manner!

I went into the store and met the general manager he was so kind and told him what I needed for my house and filled out the application, approved and picked out my furniture paid it the next day they delivered on Friday this is an awesome business they are kind considerate and very professional their product is very high grade Ashley furniture products and more very beautiful I'm very impressed I'm paying off my living room furniture and will be buying more from SmartWay. Thank you I love my items 😊
