Update this was supposed to a review for Aaron's not RAC LOL..This location refuses to put a washer on a dolly and walk it across 50ft of flat concrete... instead of working with us to try and resolve the issue they just sent a refund. Its ridiculous they will deliver up flights of stairs but refuse if they have to push it under a carport because "I can't get my truck to the door" .. only gave 4 stars because the sales manager is FINE AS ALL HELL🤣🤣🤷‍♀️.

Absolutely terrible! Customer service is terrible! I’ve been waiting for three weeks on a refund for an agreement that wasn’t even started! Every time I call I get some sort of an excuse as to why the manager can’t come to the phone! Still haven’t received my refund either
