I had a wonderful experience with this store. I had an issue with two different washer and dryer sets (no fault to them). Every problem I had they were so quick to fix it. They made sure I got an appliance I was satisfied with. Dalton and tj delivered every unit I tried and they were incredible, super friendly and got what they needed done. The manager M.J was also fantastic with helping me until I got the product I needed!

T.J definitely deserves a big fat raise and Christmas bonus for the hard work and dedication to his job and customers....he went out of his way to help me purchase the most amazing bed that is an amazing fit for me and my family...he even stayed past hours to make sure we could sleep safely and comfortably in our new bed...he was polite and respectful the whole time and never failed to communicate with me every step of the way.RAC you are very lucky to have an employee as dedicated and hardworking as T.J and I hope he gets the recognition and reward he definitely deserves and has worked hard for. If anyone is wanting to purchase anything from this store T.J is definitely your guy! Thank you T.J!

Rent a center is an amazing place but with amazing people to! They are always helpful, they try to work with but also work hard for you. I called TJ and asked him to help me do a trade in on a washer and dryer because I wanted a lower payment, TJ went out of his way to not only help me but got me a deal to lower my payment significantly, they actually care at rent a center and provide quality customer service
