Travis, Delivered our washer and dryer and was amazing and helpful and so respectful of our home he was very personable and nice and explain things that we should know about our new appliances. 10/10 would use this location again only to have Travis be my delivery guy! Also great appliances I love them!

This is the second time we’ve purchased a washer and dryer from Aaron’s and our first experience was amazing that’s why we went with them again after the first pair was paid off. We moved out of state and sold our first set. However this time around at this exact store it was the worst experience we’ve had with Aaron’s ever. I highly recommend you use a different location. We had way to many problems at this exact store location.

I rented a washer and dryer from the Knoxville N. Broadway location on a Thursday. On Monday they delivered and installed the units. Couldn’t recommend Aaron’s more. And as a bonus the delivery guys, Mac and Travis were true professionals and very pleasant people. Travis especially went above and beyond

This location will deliver up apartment stair cases, but under no circumstances will they walk it on a dolly across 50 FEET OF FLAT CONCRETE. I was just told "if the truck cant go to the door we aren't allowed to deliver". Pure laziness by the delivery drivers!! I then went into the store and tried to speak with the manager who couldn't bother to leave his office and come talk to me so. Had another employee tell me "sorry we just have to get the truck to the door". I called corporate office and was told the GM would call me in 24 to 48hrs ...well instead of calling me to try and figure out how I could get the item I was never called and given a refund . Fast forward to a month later today, Aarons took $129 out of my bank account for said item that couldn't be pushed across flat ground. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL LOCATION!!!
