Mr. Orlando, and Ms. Tina, are kind and will help to assist you in all matters. Mr. Robert is AWESOME and AMAZING!!! Robert was very helpful in assisting my husband and I with placing some heavy furniture with no problem at ALL!!! Robert is very kind, respectful, and very professional!!! I have bought and closed out several contracts with Buddy’s and quite frankly this would be the only rental store I will do business with, so kudos and cheers to the great staff at Buddy’s Home Furnishings in Newport News, VA

It was easy, had a great variety of furniture to choose from and next day delivery. Update: Had to do an update on my review. Got a new T.V. a Philips a few months back 55 inch and it's great! It was delivered to me by Ray and Shannon who gave great customer service as well great interaction. Even shared a few laughs. Explained how everything worked, went thru few things and made sure I was happy with my purchase. (I was, I am!) I appreciate the great customer service given .
