She made sure I found a couch I liked and my couch got delivered within less than 24 hours, even if that meant coming in on her day off. Previously, I had called 4 furniture stores and I quote their response “Ma’am, you’re not the only one we are helping. You’re going to have to be patient and wait.” After being promised a call back and hearing nothing back after hours. That is not the case at Buddy’s in Smithfield! The buddy’s in Smithfield VA is the BEST buddy’s I’ve been to. The customer service provided by Tonya was exemplary. She is knowledgeable and helpful. This is the ONLY furniture store I give my business to now. I refuse to deal with anyone else! The store is always clean and Tonya decorates for the holidays and seasons.
