If you are looking for amazing customer service and quality products, this is your place! From the moment they answered the phone until they delivered, Buddy’s Home Furnishing in Smithfield VA went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% completely satisfied. Tonya specifically is dedicated, professional, compassionate, and efficient! She made sure I found a couch I liked and my couch got delivered within less than 24 hours, even if that meant coming in on her day off. Previously, I had called 4 furniture stores and I quote their response “Ma’am, you’re not the only one we are helping. You’re going to have to be patient and wait.” After being promised a call back and hearing nothing back after hours. That is not the case at Buddy’s in Smithfield! Tonya had the whole process done and on the way with my new beautiful couch and loveseat by the time the other place called me back the next day. Don’t waste your time and energy anywhere else. Just come here if you want to be treated with respect and receive the best product!

The buddy’s in Smithfield VA is the BEST buddy’s I’ve been to. The customer service provided by Tonya was exemplary. She is knowledgeable and helpful. This is the ONLY furniture store I give my business to now. I refuse to deal with anyone else! The store is always clean and Tonya decorates for the holidays and seasons. First and foremost i can 10/10 recommend Buddy's for their Superb customer service and amazing staff! Mrs. Tonya and Mr. Marvin were very attentive and helpful.
