my family & i have been customers for about 6+ years, purchased living room sets, bedroom sets, & laptops - never had an issue. simply make your payment as you should with any bill. either way, they are very understanding. service & delivery have ALWAYS been great.

I am 100 percent pleased with Aaron's Team members. Sales associates,store manager and delivery specialist are all very professional and patient. Closing sale and other transactions was smooth fast and easy. Thank you Andrea for your help I appreciate you!! Delivery specialist they were great installed a whole bedroom set less than ten minutes very kind !all team members definitely made my day . Thank you😊🙏 Last but not least I RECOMMEND 💯 NORTHEAST.

Rude managers and an awful place to shop!!! No customer service whatsoever!!!!! I purchased 3 items there and I regret it should have gone to a different store and purchased those items for half the cost.Especially the account team from Viscount in El Paso like I mentioned i purchased 3 items there and they couldn’t wait for a payment that was going to be late 2 days late told me to return the item back which I did 2 weeks ago and they are still calling me that I still have the laptop!!!!! Please don’t shop there!!!! And make sure if you return an item to take it to the store you got it from if not you will be getting a call from them trying to collect a payment when you don’t have the item anymore!!!!!

I've had the worst experience with Aaron's because of the manager Jerry. I got a bed in February and within the month, the bed had broke. I called the store to return the bed and was told I would get a call back to schedule a pick up. For about 3 weeks I've been going back and forth with Aaron's to pick up this bed. It's either we will call back to "see when they're available" and when they are it's a 6 hour window as to when they can come. I've explained I do have things to do so please call before which they do not. Jerry is very unprofessional and claims he will call back and he never does. I asked him for his manager to which he gave me the number to corporate only to say "well the call is going to come back to me anyways" implying my complaints on him won't be heard and no one will care. On top of that I've been getting calls from Aaron's not to schedule a pick up but to let me know my account is past due to which I have to remind which ever employee that called that day I'm waiting for a call back from Jerry to schedule a pick up. This is the worst experience I've had with a furniture store. Jerry is very unprofessional, the employees never know what's going on, and a lot of times I have called the store no one answers. I had to contact a different store to place a complaint and I'm still waiting for a call back. I can't wait for this bed to be picked up so I can go to a better store.
