Visited the Zaragoza location over the weekend and my bf and I fell in love with a dinning set with 8 chairs in store. So we decided to make the purchase.. little did we know we’d later regret that decision.. Delivery day came and they delivered that exact same dinning set that was in store which is completely unacceptable ,only knew it was the display table in store because it had a distinguishable scratch, the same scratch on our so callled “new dining table”. On top of that it only came with 6 chairs instead of the 8 we were told.. To summarize my whole experience my bf ended up calling sales manager which was aware of the whole situation, then agreed to pick up table but also had the nerve to offer to order the same dinning set new. Please be aware and double check paper work before leaving this location.

They just delivered to my neighbors house. While struggling to open the packages and leaving the trash in our front yards. No effort to clean it up. Wouldn't want them setting up my home furnishings.

Ernesto and the rest of the employees are very helpful. I had a problem with a new TV and the employees were quick to get me another new TV.

Poor service. Bad communications. Better to go to RAC. I’ve been a customer to errands for many years and they treat you like a dog. No one knows what the truth is.

This place is cool. Doesn't have that fancy vibe like other places. It is a cozy, comfy place. Very relaxed. Since Conn's, delivered damaged appliances and a broken TV. We decided to return items and go to a really good place for the appliances I really need. Thanks Aaron's for everything.

Don’t go here, military here, had to pcs, so they collected the washer and dryer...When they charged me the following month I called and they promised a refund, two weeks later nothing, so I called back and they said they were having IT issues, but to wait a few more days to resolve. Dec 1 hit they charge my account again. Two months with no equipment and over 300$ in charges.
