Strongly don't recommend this place and would have been better shopping at Aaron's. This place will literally harass you by flooding you with calls and show up at your references homes if you're late from 1 weekly payment up to 2. Then comes the threats of picking up your items, items I received were used ( most of them ) and shopping here you are paying double the price so there's no need of all that harassing which is illegal to be doing in the 1st place , I wouldn't be surprised if they called the fbi on you for being 3 weeks late.
I only went to this Rent-A-Center because I had an Amazon return but when I pulled up they had signs plastered to the door stating no Amazon returns so I don't know if that was a temporary thing or that's permanently something they're not going to be accepting.
If i could give this store a negative 10 i would in a heart beat cause I called today to see if I can pay them on Monday for my wife but the manager nick who not only gave me attitude for a payment but when I called back to tell him to pick up the bedroom set he automatically said ill send my guys over after lunch when he so when it comes to payments he doesn't answer but when it comes to returning things he'll do it in a second this manager is very unprofessional and I will be calling corporate for his attitude and his professionalism cause this ridiculous on how he wants my wife to pay up but doesn't answer but when It comes to giving your customers attitude for late payments this store needs a new manager dont waste your time on rent a cent go to another place that gives you respect and dignity cause this place is not it
Customer service is bad Communication skills even worse Let’s not forget they don’t realize the voicemail picked up and leaves a voicemail calling customers thieves talking to other workers when this happen payments were given Wednesday and they called Monday two days b4 thankfully we returning things don’t gotta deal with disrespectful people
They're very nice but they didn't bother telling me or asking me if I wanted insurance, they just charged me for it. And when I asked about it, they didn't bother apologizing, just made it seem like it was necessary. So be careful what you sign, Read the fine print first.
Horrible first they say that I'm approved and I give the first week payment and I'm suppose to wait for contract agreement and a delivery date and come to find out that it was canceled and denied due to them running my information along with another application that was denied which shouldn't had happened. I'm still waiting to get refunded for what I had paid and to hear back from cooperate about my situation. It led me to take my business some where else. I was very disappointed on how everything was handled.
One star because Ivan is a very difficult store manager. He makes you feel like you owe him money out of his pocket. I received a text message saying if we needed payment relief to call the store, I did and Rick was so very helpful. I admit we fell behind on payments but was only one payment behind (35 dollars) and Ivan was incapable of assisting with a solution. Instead he sent a recovery truck to try and take the refrigerator.I have purchased numerous high value items from RAC and this one is the very last. I feel sorry for anyone who works under Ivan. I will be calling corporate and filing a complaint. Thank you Rick for your kindness and assistance…you definitely have store manager material…Ivan on the other hand should be in charge of only taking out the trash.
I have moved to El paso. I've had account in Idaho off and on for 20 years. I have never been treated or lied to so much by anyone except this store. I cant believe they would treat anyone so badly. Rodger told me I would have my item in a week. Well it's been 1 week and 4 days. They are also good at blaming other stores. So honestly this store really doesn't care to do their promises..
