BECAREFUL!! Ralph he loves to be on a power trip I dont want to say anything bad but thank the lord im not the only one that sees Ralph as a bully I love RAC but Ralph has made me an online shopper now and I did not want to believe the negative things I would hear from him but he shows how he really is if he dosnt get hes way. I swear they have NICE AMAZING PRODUCT but whats the point if you go in all happy and excited and Ralph has hes power trip. You guys need a new person he does NOT know how to communicate he does loves to feel as if hes the man. PROBABLY HAS SHORT MAN SYNDROME. RENT A CENTER please do better DONT let one guy ruin the reputation of that amazing store. Ralph is a bad apple in that store.

Seeing the reviews made me laugh I had an issue with Ralph as well he has a power trip he’s a bully haha my wife and I we used to love that place we still do but we don’t make payment or shop in there in person anymore because we don’t know if Ralph is going to have a trip lol other workers are cool they seem to enjoy them selfs they have fun but he seems so uptight he wants things he’s way he’s loves to micromanage but he’s giving that location a HORRIBLE name my wife loves Rent A Center but sadly she looks at the website because she doesn't feel comfortable around Ralph. Crazy how people are starting to see Ralph for how he really is I guess he’s finally showing he’s true colors. Be careful with Ralph he might just have a power trip on you.someone peaked in high-school haha.

It’s ok I thought it would be better I tried to go back and see how the process worked I wanted some stuff for Christmas they do have some nice things some workers are nice others have power control I hear that Ralph has power control he has a short fuse and won’t communicate but rather yell at you. Other workers are amazing they bring a good experience but Ralph is either trying to look tough or he’s letting power get to him I really miss the old manager old manager made you feel more comfortable.
