great customer service Pablo was really helpful especially with my parents. He is super patient and always goes beyond for his clients needs. And i'm really thankful for the way he treats my parents.I feel like he should get a magener position

Initially went to the north Zaragoza RAC location to see about renting a W/D set for a month; the rep that greeted me explained that they don’t do “renting” only just “rent to own”; sales rep quickly recommended another location just down the street that did rent W/D sets. Kudos to that floor rep for being honest and even though RAC could not help me, he knew a location that could. Even though I did not purchase anything through this store, I am still giving this location a 5 Star rating due to the sales rep I encounter. We need more sales reps like him in this town with honest customer service skills:-)

extremely unprofessional! Mario is two faced and will say anything so he looks good to Cesar. Because of them going back on account that was opened by a previous manager my son lost his playstation that i got him for his birthday! without me being late or anything on my payments! i always paid on time! dont go to this store! I CLOSED my account!

The approval process is easy. I didn't like how it's easy to confuse what promotions you can use. Since I'm a new custoer I was unable to get ske advantage of the only pay 10 the first week and take home. Instead of paying 10 now I have to pay 80 for first payment....Maybe say upfront who qualifies for the he promo.

My visit wasn't pleasant at all. On the application they are now asking for your Social Security number which I gave to him so he can see how much I qualified for but didn't feel comfortable putting on the application so due to the fact that I didn't want to write it down I wasn't able to get the service.
