Just had a huge, major life change recently and needed to rent to own a brand new washer/ dryer and Queen sized bed. Becca and Heather was Ah-mazing! They made the whole process seemingly easy. They were so down to earth and had a very "at home" type of vibe that I deeply and sincerely appreciated given my situation. They explained the whole process to me and made sure that I had all of the information needed to be successful with my purchase. The store was very clean and inviting. There was a guy there (I can't remember his name) but he's got long blonde hair. He was very welcoming and kept my 4 year old and I entertained, lol. All in all, I'm very satisfied with everyone at this store and my purchase. 😊

David is so awesome!!! He gave me the best customer service I think I have ever gotten. My refrigerator went out and I called around to try to find a place that I could get a refrigerator delivered the next morning and the other places I called couldn't get me one until a couple of days out and I didn't want my food to spoil and David was a life saver! He found me a refrigerator that not only could I afford but I could get immediately. His customer service helped me tremendously as I have a husband that is disabled and I was so nervous about not being able to find a refrigerator before my food is spoiled, so ask for David if you need any help finding what you need. I also didn't have to leave my home he did everything over the phone with me and made the whole process very simple. I can't thank him enough!

Great company. I wanna give a shout out to Elijah and Charles for delivering my new living room set. Also for moving the furniture I had on my first floor to the third floor. They had to take apart my recliner couch, move it upstairs and rebuild it. Thank you guys so much.
