What Customers Are Saying

Recent reviews from rent-to-own stores in Philadelphia.

I usually don't leave reviews, but my recent visit to this location was so much better than the past. I can tell that there must be new management. I was shopping around for a TV and the guy there, I think his name was Ryan, was so helpful. He helped me to think about the perfect size TV for my bedroom. I will definately be going back to this location. Keep up the good customer service!

I came in to look around and I was greeted with the up most respect and professionalism by the management team. They were very enthusiastic to help me and broke down the step by step process of how this companies payment options are and how simple it is to purchase it by using their same as cash option within the first six months. I can understand how this can be affordable for certain people who are fiscally responsible with their payment installments and they explained in any event if I was no longer able to afford to continue the payments I could easily return the merchandise and take advantage of their payment protection plan where when I am able to afford making the payments I can get back my merchandise and pick up where I left off and no lose a single penny I put into it which sounds very reasonably fair if you ask me. I can see why this store gets positive reviews, their customer service is top notch and they make it feel like a family environment right from the beginning, some of these negative reviews are questionable, makes me wonder what type of people they are to have a the problems they have. Definitely didn’t get any negative vibes and I will be back guys to finish my order along with friends and family! Thank you so much!
