I have had a few contractions with rent a center at the Lancaster location and I have been very happy with how this store operates. I don't remember names very well and I'm not sure I ever new the managers name but there is one name I do remember because she is the one that as luck would have it I generally get to deal with. And that name is Mercedes - she has always greeted me with a smile, has always made me feel like at that moment I was her priority and today she called me about a portable ac that I order last night. First she wanted to make sure that I knew that the unit I ordered was a "previously rented" unit and was that what I wanted. After confirming it she noted that because it was previously rented the pricing was different then I agreed to. It was less expensive and that with the pricing difference I can buy the unit for a huge price drop. This location has always had exceptional customer service and Mercedes just raised that bar. Thank you.
