What a pleasant experience! We needed a motorized recliner for my mom while she rehabs at a facility for a broken hip. The store manage fixed us right up. She was quick to make it happen and the chair was delivered to my mom’s room within an hour. Highly recommend for your short or long term rentals.

The store in Franklin has become a place I wanna continue to come back to! It’s under new management and she (Jennifer ) is hitting it out of the park! Anytime I’m looking for something she finds it! Now you can even come in the store and see the product and know all the prices! I almost left! But when she took over tht location she ask me to give her a chance to turn things around! American Rental you have an OUTSTANDING STORE MANAGER! Thank you again Jennifer for all your help! We truly appreciate you!

I have been with this location for 12 years , they all have the best attitudes extremely friendly and helpful with many many things. The store manager Brian is very understanding he goes above and beyond his job duties to help his customers. Mike has been there for as long as I can remember being with them and he as well goes above and beyond his job duties to help his customers. Ashley is such a helpful young lady with a wonderful attitude. This staff at this location keeps my business as I have other rent a centers close to me and I will not change locations . The delivery guys are amazing I've never had any issues in the twelve years I've been with them and I will continue my business there. Rent a center should really appreciate this location and knowledge all of their hard work as they achieve alot.
