They just made a customer for life. Our daughter was coming to stay with us for a week but we didn't want to buy a permanent bed because we have no space, and the foldable beds look too uncomfortable - so we decided to try renting a bed. We are SO glad we chose this store! From the beginning everyone was very nice and they delivered and picked up on time. And the bed was so comfortable! This is going to be our "go-to" store whenever we have guests coming in from now on! Thank you RAC!!!

They just made a customer for life. Our daughter was coming to stay with us for a week but we didn't want to buy a permanent bed because we have no space, and the foldable beds look too uncomfortable - so we decided to try renting a bed. We are SO glad we chose this store! From the beginning everyone was very nice and they delivered and picked up on time. And the bed was so comfortable! This store the delivery guy if u not home snoops in ur parked cars and then videos ur yard with out ur permission yea I was few days late headed back into town from dr appointment vanissa the girl in office yelled and said never rent again ok cause I was stuck in traffic on 1-4 at champion gates couldn’t get to there by 3 it was 2:15 so I told her I would be there to make the payment n she said no so then the delivery guy is nasty to u n hits stuff in ur house taking stuff out

My husband and I were told several times that washing machines would make it to their store on 2/5 or 2/6. We tried to give them time but they were not communicating with us unless we reached out to them. On 2/7 we called again asking about the status of the washers. We were told they had not made it on still. When I mentioned we were quoted that Wednesday or Thursday, the person said they don't come in on Wednesdays. I asked why we were told that and all she said was "sorry for the inconvenience" without offering any reason or solution. She just seemed to not care and we've been waiting for a washer for about 5 days and now longer since we switched locations.

After furniture shopping and being told of excessive wait times, I decided to outright purchase a set from this location. It is the best decision I’ve made as an adult thus far because not only did they give me the best cash price possible, they delivered next day AND installed. I am honestly so impressed with my experience and will be back for my next furniture purpose. I can’t speak on renting with them, as I did cash and carry- but this sure beats walking into a big name furniture store and being treated like a number. The experience was so personal and for a hectic move that I was in the middle of, it was so appreciated. Thanks guys!
