If I could give Zero Stars I would. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE. I leased a refrigerator from this location in July 2025 for a rental property. In October 2025, I eventually fell behind on payments and was taken to court in January 2026. In the court summons, the total value of the refrigerator was listed at around $550. I paid approximately $450 toward the balance and agreed to resume payments because I wanted to keep the refrigerator. That case was then voluntarily dismissed. In February 2026, I attempted to make another payment, but my online account showed that no payment was due until April 15, 2026, so I believed everything was in good standing according to THEIR system. Around May 15, 2026, the store contacted me requesting payment. At that point, I informed them that I was currently involved in a bankruptcy proceeding and had been advised by my attorneys to stop payments and provide creditors with my law firm’s contact information. I gave them the information as instructed. They clearly contacted the law firm because an employee later referenced my attorney by name. Fast forward to today, 5/20/26: a sheriff arrived at my property with the store manager to seize the refrigerator. They claimed I had been served with another court summons and that they were reclaiming the property. Here’s the problem: I WAS NEVER SERVED. Not only that, but my online account was still active and showed I was only about 35 days behind and $181 owed. The first time I went through court, my last payment had been made back in October 2025, court was in January 2026, and I still maintained possession of the refrigerator all the way until now. After reviewing the court documents online — because again, I was NEVER served — I discovered they were now claiming the value of the property even MORE than what was listed during the first case. Yet I paid them $450.00. So let’s recap: * Active online lease account * No summons received * No proper service * Sheriff showing up with the store manager * Legal action escalating immediately after notifying them of bankruptcy In my opinion, this entire situation feels extremely shady and unethical. Customers deserve proper legal procedure, transparency, and honest business practices. I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with this store to think twice.

If i could give 0 stars i would.. first Vanessa is super lovely & friendly but unfortunately i came across a employee named Mavi who was unprofessional and rude. I was told by vanessa to come to the store today for a dryer machine as mine broke so i needed one urgently. I came at 5:50pm. i came 10 minutes before closing thinking they closed at 7pm which unfortunately closed at 6. I explained mavi i needed a dryer & i had someone to help me lift it. She straight up said they close in less than 10 minutes & she had other plans after 6pm & it was 5:58 she already kicked me out of the store . I work in customer service so her denying me service like that is a no go .. Dont come here please .

The best place EVER is you're looking for option lease or purchase furniture shopping. The salesman Anthony was so helpful and really went out of his way to find the perfect mattress for me. It didn't stop there though. The customer service was excellent with Mavi!!! She is AMAZING!!! So helpful in making sure my delivery went well. I wish other companies had people as wonderful as them!!! Highly recommend the store and its team!!!

I wish I had discovered this location sooner after moving here from out of state. It’s a fantastic place! The staff is friendly, and I had the pleasure of meeting Vanessa, who takes care of me. She understands exactly what I’m looking for, which is a noticeable difference compared to the one on Semoran, where customer service is lacking. I have been a customer of Aaron’s for over 10 years and truly appreciate the flexibility they offer for ownership. I highly recommend visiting this location and asking for Vanessa; she is the best!
