Horrible experience, I walked in and wasn’t greeted when I finally made it to the back so that I wasn’t shouting distance I still wasn’t greeted I had to engage with a rude man wearing a skully and when I asked about a couch and if they can order it he said they’re out I asked can you order it he said it’ll take 6-8 weeks. Insane I simply walked out I’ve done great business with buddys in the past without issue but I will not be returning after this experience

I had a great experience and would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for affordable furniture with great payment options. The customer service is always outstanding, and the staff is friendly, helpful, and truly cares about their customers. The delivery drivers are professional, respectful, and very helpful as well. I’ve been a loyal customer for many years, and my home is furnished with Buddy’s Furniture because of the quality, service, and trust they provide. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else!

I give them a 1,000 stars‼️‼️ me and my fiance came in December 13 for the Christmas promotion where they serve the best hot food 🥰 and the manager she was the best manager I ever worked with she has a great heart, great personality, made us felt warm and welcome helped us through everything‼️ WOW‼️ especially this our first time moving here to Kissimmee Florida the other rental places are very expensive and their prices CANT NEVER BEAT BUDDYS‼️‼️ WE WILL DEFINITELY MAKE THIS OUR STORE FOR A LIFETIME 🤞🏽 ALSO I LOVE THE WELCOME IN THE STORE FEELS LIKE YOURE AT HOME🥹THANK YOU SO MUCH MS, AND YOUR WORKERS WAS AWESOME❤️
