I recently had a very uncomfortable experience with Noah. I was watching my sisters kids and then all the sudden he comes banging on the door, so naturally i open it and he says to me “its me again”. I have never seen this man a day in my life, nor spoken to this man. Then he proceeds to tell me to let him talk to my sister and brother in law and I’m like don’t u have ur own phone like? Im 17 years old doing my sister a favor and watching her kids while she goes out door dashing to make ends meet and this guy is demanding payment and they were like 4 days behind payment. The day before they had a housing inspection and had to remove all items from the premises. Noah came by and accused them of lying, wouldn’t let them speak, and accused them of stealing. So now I’m here with 4 kids that are scared this random guy is gonna take their beds they sleep on at night. Im trying to keep them in the house while this grown man is beefing over the phone threatening to take everything and call the cops. He only stopped this act when he learned that I was 17 years old ,and then began trying to film the interaction. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing furniture from this company if you are a struggling parent trying to make ends meet unless you want to spend your last $50 to pay this guy instead of getting food when u haven’t eaten in days.

I definitely would not recommend getting from this business. You're better off going to Aaron's or Rent-A-Center. I wish we would've just went straight to one of those two first. Especially if you ever expect to have a grace period when making a payment. At the date of posting this review, we are currently 5 days past due. When we first purchased from Noah, we had full intent of being able to make payments on time. Life happened and got behind on rent and the ability to buy food for our children. At the time of purchasing the furniture, our kids had air mattresses as beds and we were on an air mattress ourselves. We found Noah and thought what a life saver! Our house needed inspected with a clear empty house, we knew this when signing the agreement with Noah, it was going to be a 5 hour process of which we loaded up a U-Haul to then empty the U-Haul back into our house after inspection. This same day, Noah approached our house and instantly flipped out on us. Accused us of stealing and moving away. After numerous attempts of asking Noah to listen to what we were saying and continuing to speak over us and making false accusations on us "because other people have done it". It wasn't until our handy man came back to the house to fix final issues to pass inspection to confirm what we were trying to tell him that he finally chilled out but still was being disrespectful. This is all after initially buying the furniture, being promised next day delivery, well that got pushed back another 2 days later, so he himself was 4 days late giving us what we bought. Still went almost two weeks without the slats for our bunk bed and a power cord for our reclining couch. We got 1 week for free as an incentive for the inconvenience and expected our kindness and understanding which was not met when we became 4 days late. All within this timeline, we're out trying to make enough money to still cover our late rent, put food on the table for our children, we hadn't eaten ourselves for almost 48 hours because what we did make went to our children so they could eat. Asked Noah for some grace but got met with being called a thief, that he's a small business and every excuse under the sun why he felt he was justified in treating us the way he was. Then just the day prior to writing this review, we pounded on the door while my 17 year old sister was home watching the kiddos for us so we can try to make up his money owed to prevent him taking it, he proceed to tell my sister to call us and pick a fight over the phone and told him he could get the furniture but that my sister is a minor and if anything happens to her or the kids since an adult is not present, that we would pursue legal action since he could not wait for a time that a legal adult could be home. He preceded to threaten to call the cops on us and begin recording the situation on his phone and agreeing to be kind enough to give us 1 more night of grace to make the payment. Well little to say we didn't make enough and chose to take the little money we did make to feed our children and pay our landlord. Because this is ridiculous. Had this situation not have started off with hostility and met with kindness that he showed us when purchasing this is furniture, things would have played out differently. Noah is too stuck on being burnt on the past that had he given us the bi-weekly payments like we asked for when we signed the agreement in the first place, it also would not have played out this way. Please see all the other reviews aside from my family that show a trend in his behavior. Life happens, not even Aaron's or Rent-A-Center will blow you up and treat you like dirt over a missed payment. But "I'm a small business" gives him the right to treat customers with the upmost disrespect.
DO NOT rent from this company go to Aaron’s or rent a center. I was behind 4 days as things got tough and I was approached with hostility and was spoken over every chance I got. This is not a company you want to have business with. He came to my house and tried to enter when nobody over 18 was home and had my children scared and crying. All while he’s smiling thinking it’s a game.

I had a very uncomfortable experience with this company. Employees and the owner Noah repeatedly came to my home banging constantly at my door regarding a washer and dryer and stood outside the door looking through the window trying to get my child to open the door for them to communicate with them. This was extremely inappropriate and made me feel unsafe in my own home. Regardless of any account issue, involving a minor and behaving this way is unacceptable. To add on to this I also had an issue with this company changing payment terms after I had already signed a contract. I was told one payment amount, signed the agreement, and later they said they made a mistake and tried to have me sign a new contract with higher payments. When I declined to sign the new agreement, they became upset and ultimately took back the merchandise that I was actively paying for. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Customers should not be pressured to accept higher payments due to a company error. I would not recommend this company based on how this situation was handled.
Fraud! I paid for same day delivery for a couch and they never brought it! I went in person to get my money back and they locked the store. The couch is still currently up for sale. Behind the store is their totaled and destroyed delivery truck. They never had delivery services. My couch is still up for sale, they are refusing to answer the phone and they locked the doors up so I couldn’t get my money back.for 2 days straight they have been lying to me and telling me that my couch was on the way!
