The guys that delivered were awesome and very knowledgeable and courteous the service was amazing and they treated me great I look forward to seeing them again.

The 2 gentleman that delivered my dining set did an amazing job. The weather wasn't the greatest, but they still got everything delivered for us. Thank you Great Rooms for the amazing products you have.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Great Rooms for the past two years, and I’ve always had a great experience. The staff is friendly, professional, and willing to help you find exactly what you need. The furniture is high quality, reasonably priced, and has held up well over time. The delivery process has always been smooth, and the customer service is excellent. We had a team event and for many of us, this was our 1st experience with Escape room. We all had a great time! The staff was very helpful - from the initial call, to booking, to the actual day when we showed up. Love the unlimited ‘hints’ that we got throughout the game. We really enjoyed it!!

Really fun experience with some friends. The rooms aren't extremely immersive or intricate, very campy, but that's okay. If you go in with the right expectations, you'll enjoy yourself a lot. Staff is friendly and do a pretty good job explaining things before you start.

only putting 1 star so i can leave a review but honestly i would give 0. they are cheap and affordable ill give them that, but that shouldn't compromise the way you speak with your customers! the manager Melissa is short tempered and unprofessional, Talking over me because i guess what she had to say was more important. then she hung up in my face like someone who was new and frustrated with the call like a call center rep. my advise is get new management or train her to be better. i cant wait to finish my payments and be done with this place. unacceptable behavior from so called management. its crazy because all of the bad reviews are about melissa and they still haven't fired her! crazy

Nikki and Illiana were absolutely AWESOME, these ladies were very professional and handled me like family. The store was clean and welcoming, they should have played some Puerto Rican music.

Bruce & Bryan both very professional and great movers fast and proficient highly recommend those two as movers. Parker is in the office very chill easy to work with normally has all the paperwork done before I’m in the store 10 of 10.

their def unprofessional and will continue to tell you your account is in legal action . the way they talk to you makes you want to avoid them but you want to have communication so your merchandise doesn’t get repossessed , i told them my situation after being on unpaid leave and try to put what i could down , they tried to ask when’s the next time i could pay , i didn’t respond within mins & than they said they need the whole amount put down . anyways they took my merchandise that i had for over a year just bc i was a month behind and i tried to work with them, just to find out they sold my TV for 100$ FLAT OUT . how ridiculous, all that money i put towards it just for them to sell my 55inch for 100$ , this place literally get their money worths while you pay more , if that’s the case i could’ve found a way to just keep my tv , highly upset and hope the owner takes care of the way they talk and harass people .
