Really hate dealing with this company! If I wasn’t so far done with my stuff I give this mess back the way they text people about a payment is shameful and think you supposed to be afraid to text back? No o have Rights??? Where is Kreme? Good customer service always?? I WILL NOT GET ANYTHING ELSE FROM THIS STORE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! Talk to you like a child and I got text to prove it! One person’s text Dakota then Michelle!! Like really people 1 week late and the harassment is un called for like it a month behind???

Great rooms and a great experience overall! I bought a grill here and couldn’t be happier. Everyone was so nice, easy to talk to, and very understanding. The customer service really made a difference. Highly recommend!

The guys were fair in pricing very funny and friendly I refer this furniture store they were very quick and efficient definitely satisfied they worked with us well

I have to say Henry and his staff are amazing. I am so happy with my TV and my purchase that I will be doing business again and getting the living room that my wife chooses and I will continue to do business with Henry as long as I can, I want to send a shout out to Keith Williams The District Manager an amazing person as well. What a great company and a great organization. I will give them 10 stars if I could.

This place can be an amazing business but Melissa customer service is terrible. Customer service matters, and sadly this was a terrible example of it. Melissa was extremely rude and made the entire experience uncomfortable. I hope management addresses this, as it reflects poorly on the business. I will not be referring any of my family nor followers there. Also I will be sharing my encounter and experience with Melissa on my TikTok

I would of left a 5 star review until yesterday . I had rented a sectional and a TV stand that I have had for several months. So I decided to return the sectional and keep the TV stand. First off it took me three days to talk to someone that could set up the pickup. Second they tell me they will be here by 1pm to pick up the sectional. They show up at about 450pm. No curtisey call or an apology upon Third i had as a curisey cleared the pathbto the door picking up any shoes or anything that may be in the way. However I didn't remove the shelf/coat rack. They never asked or offered to remove it as they commenced to barrel down the hall catching the shelf and tearing it off the wall. Screws and . Tossed it to the side and continued taking the sectional down Mind you they still have not even spoken to me at all. I assumed that they would come back up and at least apologize but next thing I know I hear "that's all thank you" and then I hear the door close. I walked out to ask what they planned to do but by the time I got to the door they were gone. So no 5 star

I had a very uncomfortable experience with this company. Employees and the owner Noah repeatedly came to my home banging constantly at my door regarding a washer and dryer and stood outside the door looking through the window trying to get my child to open the door for them to communicate with them. This was extremely inappropriate and made me feel unsafe in my own home. Regardless of any account issue, involving a minor and behaving this way is unacceptable. To add on to this I also had an issue with this company changing payment terms after I had already signed a contract. I was told one payment amount, signed the agreement, and later they said they made a mistake and tried to have me sign a new contract with higher payments. When I declined to sign the new agreement, they became upset and ultimately took back the merchandise that I was actively paying for. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Customers should not be pressured to accept higher payments due to a company error. I would not recommend this company based on how this situation was handled.

I truly love this store… Everyone is very kind and professional especially Melisa. She is amazing and understanding and she always helps me out with everything I need. So far I have purchased three furniture items and everything has been great. I recommend the store 100%.

I have been with this store for years. I have purchased four items. And honestly, the customer service is above and Beyond. Shout out to Cary for helping me out. I keep buying furniture & laptops here.

Customer service is amazing. Christmas Eve custom ordered my Daughter's Apple Watch Dan had to pick it up. Then Delivered it to me cause he knew I had to finish Shopping. Absolutely the best Leasing store in the Area.. Thank You Dan and Chris you guys are the Best.

Josh is by far the worst person ever to exist. He is rude and just nasty. He has no understanding for people going through hard times. I told him I could pay something, he said no. I asked what I owed and he stated he'd couldn't tell me that because I was past due. That is a huge lie. You are able to tell the amount owed in case someone is able to pay it. I then told him to come pick it up. He never did, and 6 days later he filed a false report against me as if I was trying to run off with the furniture that I've had over a year. He or his workers never showed up to my house and I've been living in the same home for almost 2 years. I'm glad I have statements from numerous people proving he's a liar. He won't get away with this. I'm headed to BBB next. AndI have someone looking into him. We will take it all the way. No wonder he can't keep workers. He's disgusting.

Jared was the best. Customer service TOP NOTCH. All the questions I had was answered, not to the best of his knowledge, but he had all the knowledge of all the questions I had. Great store. Great person

If you guys need great furniture this is the store for you , If your looking for great customer service turn around and walk out. 2or3 months ago i had hernia surgery that caused me to be in the hospital and with out work, So YES unfortunatley i was behind on some payments . Ms.Melissa was very rude about it, Told me she was calling the state attorney office, saying that i had a warrant, hanging up on me when i called to speak about the situation, the WHOLE 9 yards! Come to find out when i did my research i only owed 492.00 which is NOT A FELONY OR A MISDEMEANOR, its a CIVIL MATTER . I still have not yet received letters in the mail from the state attorney or havent had any interaction with the police . Moral of the story i spoke to george which is the store manager, A great guy to talk to by the way. I kindly asked him to pick up the merchandise and he did just that . Melissa is a very rude lady , not understandable at all, with POOR customer service skills. I hope this company opens there eyes and realize she needs to be replaced ASAP. Will NEVER do business with this place aslong as that lady is there, and will NEVER recommend great rooms to anyone !
