I have to say Henry and his staff are amazing. I am so happy with my TV and my purchase that I will be doing business again and getting the living room that my wife chooses and I will continue to do business with Henry as long as I can, I want to send a shout out to Keith Williams The District Manager an amazing person as well. What a great company and a great organization. I will give them 10 stars if I could.

Don’t go to the store Eddie does not want to work with you or help you out. He will push you off to the other locations and then he’s extremely rude.

Do not Start any contracts with this place!!! They are the worst in Orlando. It is privately owned, and the owner does as he pleases, disrespect people in the Store location in front of other customers interest is ridiculous on any item Very overpriced and they harass you, even if you try to do auto pay constantly harass for payments they don’t abide By the company standard at all, staff is extremely rude. Owner is even worse and if they don’t want to give you back items or replace items they make you wait until they feel worst experience Ever go to Rent-A-Center!!!!!!!! You regret going to this place just like I do they are not a BBB Accredited LOCATION
