My experience with Adi was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Rather than continue going back and forth over the situation, I requested that my order be canceled and that my payment be refunded immediately. After reading additional reviews, I’m relieved that I decided not to move forward with renting from this location. I paid for a reservation, and my card information is already on file. I expect that no further charges will be made to my account. Any unauthorized charges will be treated as theft and fraudulent activity, and I will take the appropriate legal action if necessary.

This company constantly calls me back to back every single day. I don’t have an account never had an account and you need to look up debt collector laws. Yall will be sued if you call me again. I record all of my calls and you already confirmed that I never had an account and that my number will be deleted but yet you keep calling. Nobody should call 4 times in a row ! I thought it was my 5 yr old in school with an emergency!!!! This is harassment!! Especially since I don’t have an account!! I’ll be taking legal action next time. Stop bothering me! Find a new job or a hobby I would never get a policy with this company ran by complete idiots

Addy and Nayelis so damn unprofessional and rude. I was sick with covid and i couldn’t move and they kept calling and being rude. I called and told them to come get the couch because I was getting ready to move and I wouldn’t be able to move it, the btc said she would just have them move it for me. I tried to voluntarily give the couch back. So then I made arrangements to pay the next day, they called me at 9am i was just getting up and i was irritated that they were threatening me with legal action and being very rude over the phone like i don’t like right down the street lol i told them i would make the payment that day like we agreed the night before, but because i didn’t give them a specific time they started making me feel uncomfortable and threatening me over the phone. Now they are trying to charge my card for $2500 Ill be calling corporate in the morning. Ima show yall who not to play with

I've been a customer of RAC for over 10 years and have never had any problems, but at this particular store I was buying a dining table and they gave me 9 months to pay with the same cash price, without interest. The salesperson calculated the weekly payments, and at the end of 9 months it should have been paid off. Now, 9 months have passed and I still have 35 installments left to pay. I contacted them and was informed that the salesperson no longer works there and that they can't do anything about the error made by the salesperson. In other words, the incompetent salesperson who couldn't do the math made a mistake in dividing the installments, and now I have to pay for the salesperson's mistake, and the store did nothing about it. In short, after 10 years as a RAC customer, I will no longer buy anything from this store because they are dishonest.
