I NEEDED a new mattress! I met with Paula and she was so patient with me as I tried them ALL! She was knowledgeable, friendly and most professional. She helped me find the perfect mattress, I am SO EXCITED! Thank you Paula. I will DEFINITELY be back!

I was hesitant to reach out to them because I did not know what to expect & have never been in the store. Being able to speak with someone on Facebook messenger was very convenient for me. After visiting the store & Brandy helping me in every way she could, I chose my washer & dryer. It was upsetting that I couldn't go to an outlet, instead I had to buy it brand new but I told myself that's better anyways. After waiting for my set to arrive at the store, the delivery guy Cori valled & was very understanding & worked around my schedule that day. Cori & Jason delivered my set & was careful the whole time. I didnt have my hookups so they could do it for me, but they did not hesitate to offer & they explained very detailed how to finish doing everything. Jason even went ahead & unscrewed the back of the dryer for me since I didnt have the correct tool at the time. I appreciate all the help & the friendly service everyone gave.

Brandy was so sweet, patient and kind to my 84 year old mom who struggled to pick out a new recliner. Brandy was very knowledgeable about the different models and features of each recliner. She took extra time to understand my mom’s needs and help us to choose the right chair. Brandy’s kindness was such a blessing to us. I would highly recommend Brandy and Hometown Furniture! After this experience, we wouldn’t even consider shopping anywhere else.

Joey, was awesome! He didn’t stand over you or pressure you at all. He simply answered any questions we had and provided us with all the information we needed. It was a pleasure working with him!

Great service, especially from Al. Got there during a sale, prices were pretty good. Worked with us on our needs & wants for living room furniture. Will be back for our bedroom set/etc.

Love this store! I’m a lover of vintage finds typically but I came to Hometown to find a couch for my newest beach home and the staff took all the time to go through swatches and styles/textures/colors of fabric to make sure we designed the perfect couch for the space! Not just visually but since comfort was my top priority they took the time to show me all the different options of mattresses for the pull out part of the couch. Lastly, they delivered it to my beach home for me at no additional cost and placed it right where it needed to be! Hands down, no less than 10 stars for this business! Customer service is impressive and, yes, my couch is gorgeous!!!

We were treated with the utmost respect the first time we came to the store. The furniture that we picked out was shown to us in the store or if it wasn’t available we were shown what it looked like on the huge computer screen before ordering. We knew exactly what we were ordering and the exact furniture came in. Brandy was very knowledgeable and very patient with us throughout the entire process as we picked out our furniture for three bedrooms, den, dining table, three mattresses, washer and dryer. Her expertise was very helpful and she was very good at making sure that we were pleased with everything that we were getting. When the two delivery guys came, they were very professional and worked nonstop. They complimented one another by working well together. While one was putting together furniture the other was bringing furniture in. They were very careful not to bump into walls. They had very good work ethic and they were very respectful and took their job seriously. They made sure before they left that we were satisfied with everything that they had done. They earned their money that day with as many steps that they did. Their tips were very well earned as well. Thank you for all that you did by holding our furniture until our house was completed. We recently purchased a couch and loveseat from this store, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Mrs. Brenda was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient while helping us find the right living room set for our home. She truly listened to what we wanted and never once pressured us into making a purchase or trying to steer us toward the most expensive option in the store. Mr. Jimmy also went above and beyond for us. Since the Eastman store did not have a floor model of the set we were interested in, and the online description did not specify the stitching color, he personally called another store location to have someone check it for us. That level of customer service meant a lot and showed how much they genuinely cared about helping us make the best decision for our needs. They also took the time to help us get approved for financing and explained the best options available to us. From the moment we walked through the door, we felt welcomed and treated like family. This store is truly different from any other furniture store we’ve visited. The customer service, honesty, and care we received were exceptional, and we highly recommend shopping here! We cannot wait to make all of our future furniture purchases with them.

Just completed my sofa order with Sallyann at Hometown Furniture Baxley. Sallyann went above and beyond being accommodating and beating all other quotes that I had been given from three other stores on the Liberty sofa I purchased. She is the Dream Maker of furniture sales. While other stores are quick to tell you what they “can’t” do in cutting prices or delivery fees Sallyann makes it happen!
