We were treated with the utmost respect the first time we came to the store. The furniture that we picked out was shown to us in the store or if it wasn’t available we were shown what it looked like on the huge computer screen before ordering. We knew exactly what we were ordering and the exact furniture came in. Brandy was very knowledgeable and very patient with us throughout the entire process as we picked out our furniture for three bedrooms, den, dining table, three mattresses, washer and dryer. Her expertise was very helpful and she was very good at making sure that we were pleased with everything that we were getting. When the two delivery guys came, they were very professional and worked nonstop. They complimented one another by working well together. While one was putting together furniture the other was bringing furniture in. They were very careful not to bump into walls. They had very good work ethic and they were very respectful and took their job seriously. They made sure before they left that we were satisfied with everything that they had done. They earned their money that day with as many steps that they did. Their tips were very well earned as well. Thank you for all that you did by holding our furniture until our house was completed. We recently purchased a couch and loveseat from this store, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Mrs. Brenda was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient while helping us find the right living room set for our home. She truly listened to what we wanted and never once pressured us into making a purchase or trying to steer us toward the most expensive option in the store. Mr. Jimmy also went above and beyond for us. Since the Eastman store did not have a floor model of the set we were interested in, and the online description did not specify the stitching color, he personally called another store location to have someone check it for us. That level of customer service meant a lot and showed how much they genuinely cared about helping us make the best decision for our needs. They also took the time to help us get approved for financing and explained the best options available to us. From the moment we walked through the door, we felt welcomed and treated like family. This store is truly different from any other furniture store we’ve visited. The customer service, honesty, and care we received were exceptional, and we highly recommend shopping here! We cannot wait to make all of our future furniture purchases with them.

Once i entered the store i was immediately greeted by Brandy and Brenna they assured me that they could help me with getting approved.After showing me several options and being patient with me and my likings Brandy found just what i wanted she didn't just let me settle for anything While Brenna assist with my application process. Just completed my sofa order with Sallyann at Hometown Furniture Baxley. Sallyann went above and beyond being accommodating and beating all other quotes that I had been given from three other stores on the Liberty sofa I purchased. She is the Dream Maker of furniture sales. While other stores are quick to tell you what they “can’t” do in cutting prices or delivery fees Sallyann makes it happen! This has been the best shopping experience ever and Sallyann will be my go to person for all future furniture needs. I highly recommend Hometown Furniture Baxley.

I've been adding flooring to a room in my home. Hometown has a great selection at a reasonable price. Both of the young ladies there have been very helpful. It was easy to find what I wanted and get it when I wanted it. They also have a great looking bed that I intend to purchase soon. I recommend that you stop in and check out their products before driving to Tallahassee or Lake City for your needs.

Let me tell you about Ms. Angel!!!! This young lady is super professional and attentive to her customers. She has the brightest spirit and is very devoted to helping you with obtaining and achieving the look for your home that you desire. I will always continue to patronize this business as long as she is the manager. I have been a faithful customer for the last 3 yrs and her professionalism and personality is a major reason why.

It's not often that I feel compelled to write a review, - good or bad - but I have to say that my experience with these folks has been top-notch from beginning to end. James was very helpful with the initial sale of the sectional that I purchased. It arrived before I was ready to have it installed so they held it until I was ready to have it delivered.They were very accommodating. Jay and David delivered and installed the furniture. These guys were awesome. In fact, Jay suggested that I may want to consider getting the wedge portion of the sectional that I did not purchase initially (no pressure to purchase it) He called James at the store to see if they had one available- they did. James delivered it to my home while the guys were still here, they installed it and I realized that Jay's suggestion made it perfect! Sorry for the long post but there was alot of positive points that needed to be recognized.
