We recently purchased a couch and loveseat from this store, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Mrs. Brenda was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient while helping us find the right living room set for our home. She truly listened to what we wanted and never once pressured us into making a purchase or trying to steer us toward the most expensive option in the store. Mr. Jimmy also went above and beyond for us. Since the Eastman store did not have a floor model of the set we were interested in, and the online description did not specify the stitching color, he personally called another store location to have someone check it for us. That level of customer service meant a lot and showed how much they genuinely cared about helping us make the best decision for our needs. They also took the time to help us get approved for financing and explained the best options available to us. From the moment we walked through the door, we felt welcomed and treated like family. This store is truly different from any other furniture store we’ve visited. The customer service, honesty, and care we received were exceptional, and we highly recommend shopping here! We cannot wait to make all of our future furniture purchases with them.
Brenda was great! She was able to show us what we were interested in rather than us having to search through everything on our own. I recommend anyone who needs furniture or appliances, go see Brenda and Jimmy.
I was looking for my mother a mattress set. I decided to look into the new Hometown Furniture Eastman. I was greeted with kindness and a smile. Then I realized that it was someone I knew. Brenda and Jimmy, great people that I consider friends. People that care about what they are selling to their customers. I got the mattress set at a great price, plus more. Reconnected with old friends and laugh a lot. GREAT JOB!!!!!

Great customer service at Hometown Furniture in Eastman. We went there to buy a mattress and Brenda and Jimmy were so helpful and we got a great deal on it too! Brenda let us test all of the mattresses until we found the perfect one. I’m so glad that we went to them! They were awesome! Be sure to check with them before going out of town to buy furniture!
