We had a wonderful experience at Hometown Furniture! Paula was absolutely amazing from the moment we walked in. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured. She took the time to answer all of our questions and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. The customer service was exceptional, and the entire process was smooth and enjoyable. We highly recommend Hometown Furniture, and if you have the chance, ask for Paula—you’ll be glad you did!
I NEEDED a new mattress! I met with Paula and she was so patient with me as I tried them ALL! She was knowledgeable, friendly and most professional. She helped me find the perfect mattress, I am SO EXCITED! Thank you Paula. I will DEFINITELY be back!
Love this store! I’m a lover of vintage finds typically but I came to Hometown to find a couch for my newest beach home and the staff took all the time to go through swatches and styles/textures/colors of fabric to make sure we designed the perfect couch for the space! Not just visually but since comfort was my top priority they took the time to show me all the different options of mattresses for the pull out part of the couch. Lastly, they delivered it to my beach home for me at no additional cost and placed it right where it needed to be! Hands down, no less than 10 stars for this business! Customer service is impressive and, yes, my couch is gorgeous!!!
My experience with Home Town Furniture was absolutely exceptional from beginning to end. Mrs. Angel went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of, and her level of professionalism, determination, and customer service was truly remarkable. She worked tirelessly and successfully got me approved for $15,000, which honestly exceeded all of my expectations. Her knowledge, patience, and persistence made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. It is rare to encounter someone so dedicated to helping others while maintaining such grace and confidence throughout the process. Mrs. Angel is truly a force to be reckoned with an absolute beast at what she does! She made me feel valued, respected, and appreciated every step of the way. Because of her extraordinary effort and commitment, I will gladly recommend Home Town Furniture to everyone I know. If you are looking for outstanding furniture and elite customer service, this is unquestionably the place to go. Thank you again, Mrs. Angel, for creating such an unforgettable and rewarding experience!
Let me tell you about Ms. Angel!!!! This young lady is super professional and attentive to her customers. She has the brightest spirit and is very devoted to helping you with obtaining and achieving the look for your home that you desire. I will always continue to patronize this business as long as she is the manager. I have been a faithful customer for the last 3 yrs and her professionalism and personality is a major reason why.
This store is amazing. Ms Angel was friendly, relatable, and professional. If you tell her exactly what it is you want she will work it out for you. I wasn’t sure I would be able to get what I wanted and have to settle something else. Not the case I got the sofa, a new bed, a set absolutely amazing lamps, and two wine cabinets. Don’t go to Ashley’s, they are truly more expensive and overpriced.
This is a review for DeKarla Walker at Hometown Furniture in Valdosta, Ga. Dekarla worked with me when she was at Badcock in Quitman, Ga. and just recently at Hometown Furniture. She has always gone above & beyond the average sales person in addition to treating her clients like family with courtesy and respect. She will always be my go to person when I’m looking for furniture pieces. She is definitely a keeper. Respectfully, Martha Redding, Quitman, Ga.
This outdoor table is absolutely beautiful—solid, heavy, and clearly well made. You can tell it was built to last. The customer service was friendly and helpful, and delivery was excellent from start to finish. I love supporting a local business that truly cares about quality and customers. I’d definitely order from them again!
