Mr. Jimmy also went above and beyond for us. Since the Eastman store did not have a floor model of the set we were interested in, and the online description did not specify the stitching color, he personally called another store location to have someone check it for us. That level of customer service meant a lot and showed how much they genuinely cared about helping us make the best decision for our needs. They also took the time to help us get approved for financing and explained the best options available to us. From the moment we walked through the door, we felt welcomed and treated like family. This store is truly different from any other furniture store we’ve visited. The customer service, honesty, and care we received were exceptional, and we highly recommend shopping here! We cannot wait to make all of our future furniture purchases with them.

Great customer service at Hometown Furniture in Eastman. We went there to buy a mattress and Brenda and Jimmy were so helpful and we got a great deal on it too! Brenda let us test all of the mattresses until we found the perfect one. I’m so glad that we went to them! They were awesome! Be sure to check with them before going out of town to buy furniture!
