I have called when there's supposed to be in hours and no one has picked up.I have called multiple times no one has picked up ummm great service.. ..

They have me on an account even though I didn’t sign anything. They want $1500 for a $600 Xbox series x. Crooks.

If i could give this place zero stars i would. They harass you beyond belief. They give you furniture with missing parts and or don’t deliver the right items you ordered. I had a living room table set and some of the screws were missing and instead of replacing them they told me to bring one it and they would try to match it with ones they had there in store. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

First round was good! Second round was awful. Didn’t get completed sets for the bed frame and the request for the bed in shop wasn’t heard out, got a too soft of a bed. Highly disappointed with the most recent service when called about the order to get things fixed. Was told in a sense we are SOL and it’ll mess up credit scores if we want to return and not pay for what we received. I know I won’t be returning and letting others know about the bad service! Update! The given 1800 number was just a run around no help with that If you shop here don’t push for anything if the sytems down!! The workers will send through whatever order and not consult the buyer. Stuck w the wrong bed and a Frankenstein bed frame. Due to the workers not hearing us out in shop. Bad business ethics for sure

I have been working with home choice in Baxter since December 2024 I got my washer and dryer set and after that in January 2025 I got my L shaped couch with a Bluetooth speaker and USB hook up and February 2025 a computer February 2026 adjustable queen size bed and a 3 drawer side table with 2 plug ins and 3 USB hook ups and March 2026 nectar plush queen size mattress and July 7th 2026 I got a fireplace tv stand that lights up and changes colors and I have had everything delivered and set up by Brandon and Bre and I have not one bad thing to say about how they have treated me since I have been working with home choice and I like the fact I can make monthly payments being on disability it helps but I can't believe how rude someone was when I called the store to ask about the remote control for the fireplace tv stand and she told me if there was one it would have been with it and I already vacuumed the showroom and I saw nothing and I can't believe how I'm paying for this item and this person can't take time and see if it was in the back of the truck or order one just tells me if we find it we will mail it to you otherwise there is not one but the paperwork says it comes with one so I am hoping it can be made right and find one and mail it to me please

When they order something for you they say a week a week goes bye no call then they say holiday shipping is behind.. so you couldn't not call. You know costumer service. BTW shipping only thing was closed was the pist office. And last time I check Memorial weekend is not a huge shipping weekend. Yet they still take your money

FRAUDULANT ---Mn statute states it's illegal to represent used for new insales .. Bought a washer dryer and a couch from Homechoice in shakopee last Friday. Asked and was guaranteed on the phone and in person at the store that everything would be brand new in the package several times and told absolutely . Homechoice shakopee renta center delivered me the couch off their sales floor and attempted to wrap its in saran wrap type wrap. The washer dryer was also wrapped in Saran Wrap type wrap and obviously is a repo or used equipment as washer and dryers don't come the way they looked after taking off the Saran wrap type material the next day as supposed to arrive in boxes. . There's were scratches and smudges that alerted me to check the equipment further. When attempting to talk to store mgr and the district manager they denied it all. Won't replace the equipment with new ones as they accused me of lying but I had a witness there at store and in delivery day. They took advantage of me due to being in a wheelchair. Very unprofessional people in their demeaned the way they dress talk and conduct business. Won't ever shop here again and they are trying to charge me about 4500.00 for it all and I could've bought it from a reputable store for less and in a box. Don't entertain this Homechoice these people they are fraudulent scam artists and you have no one to contact. The associates gave me a false email to write too.The corporate phone number is also fraudulent when I called it at least 60 times different days and hours and it just hangs up after the announcement. UPDATE- I visited the homechoice in shakopee today on 5-13-2026 to talk about replacing used appliances with the new (calmly ) and they yelled at me, werevery unprofessional, threatened me that they were coming to my house to take the equipment, and all while calling the police on me and had me throw out of the store . I am an older woman disabled with an amputated leg and rely on a wheelchair . I have the video of the situation.

Home Choice in Moorhead has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND for my husband and I. It truly is all about communication, I would recommend them to anyone, and have!

We had got a bed sets nothing was wrong with it wasn’t able to pay so we asked for them to come get it when they did remind you nothing was wrong with it when I came back home there was scratches the men that came was lazy made marks on the bed frame they called Desiree and said there’s scratches which there wasn’t until they came I will never get furniture from here again worst place

I love griffin he is the best worker there and goes out his way for the community even when he on public he always super nice and takes time out his day to make sure someone is doing okay. This guy definitely deserves a good pay raise love griffin so much! I can’t say enough good things about him overall great dude great heart great personality

We bought furniture on their payment plan. We know what days payments are due and we pay it - but they find it acceptable to call us the day prior to payment being due to harass us. The morning payment is due they immediately start calling first thing in the morning. Don't be fooled - this is in fact harassment. I've counted up to 7 phone calls in 1 day - and if you're a day late they start harassing your references. I only know this because my husband calls to make the payments instead of having it taken out - he was late a day because he was laid up in bed and I had to figure out how to pay it, because they were harassing my SISTER. Not to mention they are always calling wanting us to come in for their sales. Haha never again. Now that we are in a better financial place we will buy from some place that won't constantly harass us. We will not be doing business with these losers again.
