I have had nothing but good experiences with Home Choice the staff and delivery team is great. Love that I can pay my bill over the phone so I don’t have to leave my house in bad weather…

I have been a customer here for over 20 years and have always had a great experience until this new manager. I went to store to buy a chair and asked her to order a queen size mattress for me. This was in early January and she told me it would be a week. I NEVER received a phone call or any notification that my mattress was in. The next thing I noticed is I am being charged for a mattress I NEVER received!! These two females that are running this store are very UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. My account manager called me and was very rude and unfriendly. She just says, you missed a payment on Saturday. WOW!! NO friendliness to her st all!! I RECOMMEND YOU FIND A JOB CLEANING TOILETS BECAUSE YOU ARE AS LAME AS A TOILET!!! I will be doing my future purchases from another store. Not at all satisfied with these two women in charge of this store!!

Marcos was fantastic and really helped us get some stuff figured out. Flexible, and an all around good guy to have help you. Felt like he actually cared which is rare in that kind of work. Thanks guys.

So I've been looking for tires for my jeep and didn't think I could get financed for tires let alone anything because of my credit. On top of that Home Choice associates put up with my indecisiveness not being able to decide to accept the financing. Then the offer/deal i was offered sealed the deal. $100 down with 6 months same as cash. I plan on having them paid off within that 6 months. No penalty for early pay off so basically paying retail but on a schedule and payment amount I can afford. So far I have zero complaints. If this goes good like I think it will I will be doing a lot more business with Home Choice of Rochester

They will constantly harass you and go out of their way to find where you work to show up in person and harass you. Then if you leave a bad review they will call you and demand why you leave a bad review and try to force you to take it down. If you end up having a medical issue and can't pay on your account, they continue to harass you on payment. They will laugh at you and be completely disrespectful when you tell them it is illegal for them to stalk you to find out where you work. I was accosted and illegally imprisoned and threatened to pay. I had witness to the entire account. Kris, the manager laughed about the situation. "Red" and some other dude were sent to accost me, and Jessica called to harass me the morning after about a review that I personal had not sent. So this is my official review. These people are thugs. Do not do any business with them.

Why would you send your employees to show up at someone's place of employment and threaten them in front of customers? Payments have been made. The items home choice employees were looking for is for someone else not us.

I would give this place a 5, however.....because they MARK THE ACCOUNT CLOSED instead of marking them paid in full ON MY CREDIT REPORT... it doesn't help my credit.....AT ALL. I will still purchase because they have made some customer service changes for the better, now if they could just get their employees to smoke somewhere other than right by the front door....so that those of us that are allergic dont have to take benadryl whenever we go to check on an account or look for something new.....that would be AMAZING!!!! Otherwise but for a few minor things over the last 9 years...they have been good to me and my kids

Was in maplewood location because my refrigerator went out, walked in the store no one acknowledged me (no other customers in the store) Looked at a couple refrigerators on the floor, one stunk as soon as you opened the door, crumbs inside of it, looked at a couple couches to see if anyone of the 3 employees in there would approach me and nothing!! As a former employee of Homechoice multiple years ago i expected better customer service

I love there cheese and the store has alot of stuff there. Everytime I go in there is see something new that I end up going home with. Always look forward to there cheese mouthly discounts. The discount on the cheese is a monthly discount for a cheese wheel for 5 dollars. The service seems good. I sometimes think they are understaffed for the amount of people that can be there. The atmosphere is really nice but the music and noise can get load. Really clean place. As for the parking there is limited parking. There is parking for handycap. Over all value is great. You cant find cheese like there's anywhere else around the area. If you have not been there i really encourage you to go check the place out. And if cheese is not your thing they got a bike shop in the same building that you can go check out.

I was told that I could pick up my computer yesterday but I got no phone call from anyone I had called twice and they said it would be there shortly but never heard anything from them after my second time calling frustrated with them

making payments isnt a problem and theyre quite generous with policy however if youre someone who prefers to make payments manually expect to get hazed by the boilerplate payment calls if your account comes due on a weekend.

ATTENTION! IF YOU ARE HANDICAPPED OR DISABLED DO NOT COME HERE! THEY WILL PRAY ON YOU. They completely swayed me into buying what they wanted me to not what I wanted. When I called and complained very respectfully mind you they just blew me off. It took a week and multiple phone calls and texts before they just shot me down and decided to not stand behind there product. I bought a brand new $1,500.00 dollar recliner and after two weeks made a complaint that it was starting to basically fall apart. They were nice and friendly on the phone then turned around and said " it didn't leave the store like that so you must have abused it! We will not be replacing the item." They claimed to have talked to a district manager and corporate. This chair was a floor mode mind you. So in just 3 weeks you mean to tell me that I abused this "high quality chair" so bad In 3 weeks now since the complaint that the foot rests would shake the back is loose and the handle to recline was all broken by me In that short time? I don't think so. My mistake was trusting these people they knew I was disabled and they used that against me to get rid of product they knew was damaged and pawn it off on the "disabled" guy thinking they could get away with it. Maybe pull a fast one. Well I won't stand for it. I told them I won't make a single payment until this is taken care of. I came in told them my story and said I just need something to improve my quality of life as I'm disabled and spend a large part of my day in my chair. They were quick to find the most expensive unit in store all just to make there sale on the last day of the 'one penny down sale" these employees don't care about customers they just care about commission! If you are disabled or elderly stay away from this place they will pray on you! Now that I put the truth out there let's see how fast home choice corporate reaches out to hear the rest of the story. If I were a professional business I certainly wouldn't treat anyone the way they treated me but especially someone vulnerable. Tell me home choice do you support your employees praying and taking advantage of folks? Or did the management in this store make up a lie to cover there tracks and hope this would t blow up? Social media is a heck of a thing these days. Sure wouldnt want this getting to far out of hand before making it right might not look so good for business. All I want is my chair replaced the one I payed for with the extra 150.00 dollar warranty! Do better home choice. Make this right replace the faulty product you sold me....

Following up on Erica's performance. This is the second time I've noticed some areas for improvement. Specifically, her understanding of job procedures and customer phone etiquette needs further development. Let's schedule some training to support her in these areas.

Most Garbage company I have ever dealt with. This store does not report to the credit bureau like they should, the home choice in crystal reported all my payments and the 4 times I paid off my items early. This store I waited an extra week to make 2 payments at one time when I swapped jobs and they were sitting outside my home like they were going to take the bed .. knowing their staff too lazy to install things the way they should but going to come repossess something that's not even a week late. They wonder why I don't answer the phone I don't have nothing nice to say it's so sad the company on crystal mn is such a amazing business and this place is trash.

The bemidji store the manager is very friendly and very easy to work with. I ordered a bedroom set and had it in a few days. And when I chatted with them they were very understanding and friendly on the phone. I'd give that store 10 stars. Kudos to Bemidji Store.
