Horrible furniture, over priced staff is horrible at customer service. I would definitely not recommend them

I have been working with home choice in Baxter since December 2024 I got my washer and dryer set and after that in January 2025 I got my L shaped couch with a Bluetooth speaker and USB hook up and February 2025 a computer February 2026 adjustable queen size bed and a 3 drawer side table with 2 plug ins and 3 USB hook ups and March 2026 nectar plush queen size mattress and July 7th 2026 I got a fireplace tv stand that lights up and changes colors and I have had everything delivered and set up by Brandon and Bre and I have not one bad thing to say about how they have treated me since I have been working with home choice and I like the fact I can make monthly payments being on disability it helps but I can't believe how rude someone was when I called the store to ask about the remote control for the fireplace tv stand and she told me if there was one it would have been with it and I already vacuumed the showroom and I saw nothing and I can't believe how I'm paying for this item and this person can't take time and see if it was in the back of the truck or order one just tells me if we find it we will mail it to you otherwise there is not one but the paperwork says it comes with one so I am hoping it can be made right and find one and mail it to me please

First round was good! Second round was awful. Didn’t get completed sets for the bed frame and the request for the bed in shop wasn’t heard out, got a too soft of a bed. Highly disappointed with the most recent service when called about the order to get things fixed. Was told in a sense we are SOL and it’ll mess up credit scores if we want to return and not pay for what we received. I know I won’t be returning and letting others know about the bad service!

FRAUDULANT ---Mn statute states it's illegal to represent used for new insales .. Bought a washer dryer and a couch from Homechoice in shakopee last Friday. Asked and was guaranteed on the phone and in person at the store that everything would be brand new in the package several times and told absolutely . Homechoice shakopee renta center delivered me the couch off their sales floor and attempted to wrap its in saran wrap type wrap. The washer dryer was also wrapped in Saran Wrap type wrap and obviously is a repo or used equipment as washer and dryers don't come the way they looked after taking off the Saran wrap type material the next day as supposed to arrive in boxes. . There's were scratches and smudges that alerted me to check the equipment further. When attempting to talk to store mgr and the district manager they denied it all. Won't replace the equipment with new ones as they accused me of lying but I had a witness there at store and in delivery day. They took advantage of me due to being in a wheelchair. Very unprofessional people in their demeaned the way they dress talk and conduct business. Won't ever shop here again and they are trying to charge me about 4500.00 for it all and I could've bought it from a reputable store for less and in a box. Don't entertain this Homechoice these people they are fraudulent scam artists and you have no one to contact. The associates gave me a false email to write too.The corporate phone number is also fraudulent when I called it at least 60 times different days and hours and it just hangs up after the announcement. UPDATE- I visited the homechoice in shakopee today on 5-13-2026 to talk about replacing used appliances with the new (calmly ) and they yelled at me, werevery unprofessional, threatened me that they were coming to my house to take the equipment, and all while calling the police on me and had me throw out of the store . I am an older woman disabled with an amputated leg and rely on a wheelchair . I have the video of the situation.

Honestly one of the greatest place’s I have ever come across!! The employees are all amazing and the deal’s are fantastic. Stop in and check it out!!

We had got a bed sets nothing was wrong with it wasn’t able to pay so we asked for them to come get it when they did remind you nothing was wrong with it when I came back home there was scratches the men that came was lazy made marks on the bed frame they called Desiree and said there’s scratches which there wasn’t until they came I will never get furniture from here again worst place

Had a great Experience working with the new Manager Ralph. We had a small issue with the delivery and they fixed it same day. Loveing the new team

Replaced first couch on warranty then they brought a new one that sits uneven, rocks and comes unlatched constantly they refuse to replace it even though it is a defect from the store and they charge an arm and a leg on top of it very furious
