First round was good! Second round was awful. Didn’t get completed sets for the bed frame and the request for the bed in shop wasn’t heard out, got a too soft of a bed. Highly disappointed with the most recent service when called about the order to get things fixed. Was told in a sense we are SOL and it’ll mess up credit scores if we want to return and not pay for what we received. I know I won’t be returning and letting others know about the bad service!
BEWARE! Davis, the manager, just told me that "Interest is where we get you!. I just work here, man!" I was told my bunk bed was supposed to be a total of 2200.00 when I got the final bill, they got me for 3000. The quality of the bunk bed was poor. True story, just so everyone knows. carry on!..

So we purchased a king memory foam bed I want to say a year maybe a year and a half while today I decided to take off the mattress cover that they provided and to my surprise home choice is scamming people by putting brand new mattress covers overused mattresses to cover up their little scheme of selling used mattresses with new mattress covers to customers for the price of a new mattress what a scam we will never be going back to home choice again and yet they are trying to threaten to go after our credit for an non payment on another item that they have already come in retrieved back after making payments on after one missed payment they retrieved it and yet still making us pay payments on and threatening to come after us for home choice is a scam and a joke

I accidentally fell behind and these hard working people were willing to work with me they deserve a 5 star rating if it let me go higher I’d go more stars Will definitely recommend this place to others
