Had a great experience with Happy’s! Everyone has been so nice and has easily answered any questions I’ve had. Went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my new furniture! UPDATE- because I feel like they deserve a better review after having more experience with them. I have dealt with multiple employees at Happys and when I tell you every single person I’ve encountered there is amazing, I’m not kidding. They’re so helpful and willing to do whatever it takes to keep their customers happy. I currently have a sectional from them and with having kids and animals in my house my cushions have gotten a little messed up, I spoke to a few different people about getting replacements and they told me how much it was going to cost and I unfortunately can’t afford it right now which is fine, but then this morning someone else calls and says “let me see what else we can do for you” and I’m like wow… this is the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, whether they’re able to help me figure something else out or not they’re literally going out of their way to make sure I’m happy with my sectional. I will always refer them when someone needs a place to go for furniture or appliances.

I live in central florida and i got recommended this store by a friend and let me just tell you.. i'll drive 2 hrs anytime just to go to this store again. Jessica has been welcoming and flexible with my options. She has my vote if she's ever aiming to be CEO due to the customer service ! I would highly recommend this place to anyone even to those who live far, you will not be disappointed !

The staff were super nice, the process to transfer a TV into my name was fast and easy! Gonna go somewhere else for a bed though. Theirs are too hard

Happy’s Rent To Own is a great place to get anything you need for your home from furniture to appliances, laptops and computers. There prices are competitive and they offer low monthly payments always making buying something you need for your home affordable. Their staff members are awesome as well! They are super friendly, very helpful, and are always willing to go above and beyond for their customers! I’m glad that I found this place and I appreciate everything they have done.
