I am extremely disappointed with Happy Homes and the complete lack of compassion they showed during a time of real financial hardship. Life happens—unexpected situations, reduced income, and emergencies—and I reached out in good faith hoping to work out some type of payment arrangement or temporary relief. Instead, I was met with rigid policies, no flexibility, and zero willingness to even consider my situation. What’s most frustrating is that I wasn’t asking to avoid my responsibility—I was asking for understanding and a chance to catch up. A company that truly values its customers would at least try to offer solutions, whether that’s a deferment, a payment plan, or even just respectful communication. Unfortunately, this company did none of that. Their approach made an already stressful situation even worse. It’s clear they prioritize profits over people, and that’s not a company I would ever recommend. If you’re someone who might ever need a little grace during tough times, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. No customer should be treated like their situation doesn’t matter. Especially the owner he didn’t care at all .

James had helped me, gave me clear instructions on how much everything would be, was very clear with the contract, and was very nice and courteous. He walked me through the specs on the ps5 and helped me decide with console I wanted to go with. The couch is absolutely comfortable, and the fan lives the tv. Thank you James, we really appreciate your help. The guys who delivered the couch were so nice, and got the couch in and assembled very quick. Thank you guys for making this an awesome experience.

Wonderful customer service!!! I called told Nesa what I needed. Bought a Samsung washing machine. She found what I needed. I didn’t even have to come into the store. And I had delivery next day!!!! Coty as well. Again thank you!!!

Great place to rent appliances and things from! Super easy to get things started and delivered. The delivery guy was really awesome and helped set things up and I now I have been making payments for a washer and dryer. They have even worked with me when I changed jobs after the government shut down. Would highly recommend to anyone!

James was nice and went above to get what I wanted!! And to add to this, he stayed on the phone with me while I tried to figure how to get my license sent. He was very patient and I will definitely do business again if I ever need them!! There was another guy i think his name was Justin but he was very nice as well!! I recommend the service is great so far!
