WOW!! What an AMAZING experience at this store!! I've have never worked with a sales person that was as personable, friendly, enthusiastic & knowledgeable as Jade!! Horrible experience before u get service he begs you to do a review , he has this act on where he thinks everything is rainbows and butterflies and smiles , And then he is disgustingly rude. And is down your back before the day is due. . And jade ? Disgusting attitude !the energy is so fake. Do not rent from here. You’ll regret it. 0/10 experience . Then gave me the wrong item delivered to my house without my consent and tried to charge me 10.00$ then I actually paid and when I told BILL to fix the price, he mentioned “ Oh its only 10.00$ u really want me to knock the 10.00$ off ?!” He should not be running a business. He is very unprofessional. rude and disgusting kid behavior. Left me voicemails harassing me. I never experienced unprofessional “ service “ like this. These reviews are lies.
Love this place, Bill and Jade are great!! they always find what you need or want! The delivery guys are really hard workers & get it done! They were real efficient and took care of it in a timely fashion
I recently visited Rent King and had the pleasure of working with Jade. From the moment I walked in, she provided exceptional customer service. She was friendly, professional, and incredibly easy to talk to, making the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. Jade took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for and arranged for delivery in less than 30 minutes, which exceeded my expectations. I also had my granddaughter with me, and Jade was wonderful with her. She made her feel included by letting her choose a small toy from the treasure chest and even gave her a Capri Sun—a thoughtful gesture that parents and grandparents can certainly appreciate. Rent King not only offers great merchandise and competitive prices, but they also have outstanding employees who truly care about their customers. I highly recommend this business and especially commend Jade for her excellent service. If I could give more than five stars, I would. 10/10 experience!

Jade is absolutely amazing, I called and looked for a specific item and jade made the process extremely seamless. I could not be happier with the item I have received and price that was given. Also bill the manager was very friendly from the moment I walked in the door. Love love love this place.
