I was greeted when I came in the door by an employee hard at work assembling furniture. He directed me to Miss Lynn the Assistant manager. She was quick to ask me if i needed help. At the time I was just looking and she let me know to say something if I had any questions. When I finally had questions she was busy on the phone at the moment, but the store manager Mr Austin was quick to come to my aid. It was a relief to see that Rent King didn't have that commission competitiveness that often makes furniture shopping so toxic. When making my purchase they explained the terms of the contract very clearly. A big emphasis was placed on the same as cash terms. I respect the fact that they encourage the customer to pay day loan their selfs. (My choice of phrasing.) After completing my purchase the same employee that had greeted me wished me a good day though I never saw him lift his head up from the job he was doing. Great experience overall will definitely return to locations.

The guys over here at Rent King did a great job at getting everything I needed. After having the absolutely the worst experience when they first open to now giving them another shot and so far they are doing really great. Appreciate the work y’all put in to make old customers happy

I ordered a few pieces of furniture for a temporary staging. Ryan was great with the delivery. I was not satisfied with one of the mattresses but Marco quickly replied with an apology brought a brand one the next day! There have been easy to work with.

Chris Stir helped us when we were at the Rent King in NewPort Richey . He was very helpful and knowledgeable and took. his time to explain thing's to us.

Absolutely wonderful people great company and Joe was iron man and picked up the washer by himself I’m sooooo happy with the delivery service and the salesman service. Jamie at the Busch Location was Especially Helpful, Friendly, Informative and answered any and all questions that I had, she was helpful in being a second eye and it was literally like I had brought my best friend with me to help me out. Thank you so much Jamie For making the process so easy, if I would’ve known that, this would have been the very first and only place that I stopped.

Amanda, bill, jade were all great! They listened to everything I said they didn’t have what I wanted in store, but they made sure that they found it from their other store! They didn’t overcharge! I needed have a lot of wiggle room and needed the stuff asap and made that possible.
