I don’t like the fact they charge you late fees on everything people fall short some times in they don’t work with you on that but I love there furniture in they have good stuff to choose from

This happy’s location is amazing the staff truly so helpful. Jazlyn customer service is top tier she was so helpful and so patient and answered every question I had. She knows her stuff and is so sweet she’s definitely a great asset to this store.the happy’s staff is amazing and they are so welcoming and friendly. This happy’s location is amazing the staff truly so helpful. Jazlyn customer service is top tier she was so helpful and so patient and answered every question I had. I love my washer and dryer I got from them despite the fact there being a completely stripped screw that I ended up having to pay $175 to get out and fixed. However granted they did let me know that the washer and dryer set I got was a resale do to a customer purchasing and then returning soon after because they changed their mind but it doesn’t make sense why they couldn’t examine the things to make sure they were left in good shape and didn’t need anything fixed before putting them out again and unfortunately I found out the hard way after getting them home and going to change the plug out to the one my outlet takes. The store was notified but told me they couldn’t get someone out here to fix it until a week and I have kids that need clean uniforms and clothes for school so I sucked it up and hired professionals to come get the severely stripped screw out same day requested. Last complaint is these people are so rude! The loader that works there complained that he had to help me get the washer and dryer in my car and basically sighed in my face and made me feel like a burden which was uncomfortable and the older guy that worked at the desk/counter got an attitude with me and basically said I’m not capable of loading and unloading the washers and dryers without my husbands help which honestly is not only sexism but just plain disrespectful. My husband had to remind me that they deal with pretty con like people because of them letting pretty much anyone without credit check rent but it still was a frustrating and uncomfortable experience. Good thing I can just now do my payments without having to interact with them every time or go to that store in person. Good grief!

Terrible customer service did and online order when I put my zip code in it shows this store only put in all my info in got approved few days later I call they tell me they are canceling me because I’m 20 minutes away from there area and it’s outside their zone. Why didn’t they call me and oh by the way I work in the same plaza as them right next door. WHY DID I HAVE TO CALL TO BE TOLD THIS THEY HAD MY ORDER INFO AND MY PHONE NUMBER. Simple phone call customer service 101
