I have been a customer for awhile. Jessica Velasquez and Misty Batchelor at the Dade City store are awesome. Both are very personable and excellent to deal with. They will also work with you to help you keep your items you are renting to own. I give them 5+ stars. Their delivery crew are awesome and upfront with you as well. I highly recommend them.
