Had a great experience with Happy’s! Everyone has been so nice and has easily answered any questions I’ve had. Went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my new furniture! UPDATE- because I feel like they deserve a better review after having more experience with them. I have dealt with multiple employees at Happys and when I tell you every single person I’ve encountered there is amazing, I’m not kidding. They’re so helpful and willing to do whatever it takes to keep their customers happy. I currently have a sectional from them and with having kids and animals in my house my cushions have gotten a little messed up, I spoke to a few different people about getting replacements and they told me how much it was going to cost and I unfortunately can’t afford it right now which is fine, but then this morning someone else calls and says “let me see what else we can do for you” and I’m like wow… this is the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, whether they’re able to help me figure something else out or not they’re literally going out of their way to make sure I’m happy with my sectional. I will always refer them when someone needs a place to go for furniture or appliances.

Happy’s Rent To Own is a great place to get anything you need for your home from furniture to appliances, laptops and computers. There prices are competitive and they offer low monthly payments always making buying something you need for your home affordable. Their staff members are awesome as well! They are super friendly, very helpful, and are always willing to go above and beyond for their customers! I’m glad that I found this place and I appreciate everything they have done. I had a great experience with the delivery team from Happy Rent to Own. They were very careful while bringing in and setting up my new couch, making sure everything was handled with care. They explained everything clearly and answered any questions I had. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent customer service made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I dealt with the manager yesterday while furniture shopping. This is by far the best experience I’ve had shopping for furniture. Easy process and helped in every way. Explained my terms and the delivery process very well. I would give it 10 starts if that was an option! You don’t see this kind of customers service anymore and it was greatly appreciated.
