Horrible customer service and communication. The couch I originally wanted could not fit in my house so I was supposed to get a new couch the same day they said they were on their way to deliver it then they had to reschedule someone is home all they had to do is knock on the door. Absolutely ridiculous. I wish I would have read the reviews from this location first.
If I could give no stars I would ! Harass you is what they do ! They want to call you and send mail that they will “ work with you “ but harass you every chance they get . Calls being made even before they open and the “ GENERAL MANAGER “ is a real piece of work . Very rude and uncouth ! I called to make payments and he says well that’s not enough to get you to next month I said I’d call and make the payment when I can and he’s just so rude and disrespectful about it . They call you 7 times a day . And when you do call back they are very unprofessional. Cannot wait to pay off everything so I can never use them again .
They will screw you over and overcharge It is a major scam Furniture is infested with roaches bought a set and they moved it into our house and roaches came running out of it all three pieces of the furniture went to make a payment and was looking around And you guessed it roaches crawling in this furniture that they have on the floor electronics are way overpriced And then when you purchased the insurance, it covers nothing Mitch The manager is a complete jerk very rude leaves nasty voicemails And they will overcharge your card if you have auto pay Do yourself a favor and do not mess with the store they really need to replace management

I was having trouble making the payment This month and the store manger Mitch would call and leave rude messages on voicemail and when I call to tell them to just come get the stuff and I didn’t appreciate him running his mouth about me to other people his response is.oh I must of forgot to hang up the phone !!! So rude and not professional by no means

Their delivery staff is very unprofessional. I worked for rooms to go myself for two years and I never had an issue getting anything through the front door. Only once these guys act like this is their first time doing it, but they wanna talk like they have experience.
I was so exited to get my new couch only to be treated poorly by the delivery drivers . They were very unprofessional. They told me to tell my husband to get us a bigger house so I can have the couch I had invested in . They have no idea what I went through in life to get where I am now. I am never ever going back there again . They didn't even try is the sad part
