Everyone, from the first contact via phone call with Paul, was so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and respectful. Paul spent so much time with me, giving me information and answering all my questions. He is an absolute sweetheart! He set up all the details with perfect knowledge. I was able to get an appointment right away and the excellent process began. I didn’t have to deal with permits, any other contacts, arrangements with my HOA, it was all done via the Renewal by Anderson team and concierge professionals. The communication from everyone was outstanding! I was kept up to date all along the whole process. The way they worked and kept my home clean from dismantle to new beautiful sliding door to the backyard was amazing! They definitely have 100% outstanding qualifications, workmanship, and dedication to their craft. Always so friendly and willing to address any of my questions. They even accommodated me by working hard to get the work done before my big summer party!! After a few months, when my big dog decided to run outside only to crash into the screen door and ruin it, the Renewal by Anderson Team was right there to help!! They got a new screen door made and set up for me right away. This time, I had the pleasure of meeting their repair team members, and again, they did not disappoint! The repair technician, Kevin, was amazing!! He kept in contact with me upon arrival, and was so friendly and professional. He even took a moment to say hello to my two dogs!! :D I cannot impress enough how wonderful working with Renewal by Anderson was!! They were so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure everything went without any problems. I just sat back and let them do their thing. I was so relieved to finally get the beautiful and well made sliding door to my backyard I always wanted! Hands down the BEST window/door company to ever work with! I had two new doors and 8 new double paned windows installed in the other half of my house (first half by Andersen 30 years ago). The Andersen workers were amazingly fast and courteous and they were perfectionists. I am delighted with the outcome, especially two windows that they suggested I might want to change to picture windows rather than adjacent single windows. WOW. What a magical effect. I now have a spectacular view of San Francisco Bay that had been hiding behind all that wood. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

RbA Service Tech, Sofiane Taibi, arrived promptly and was courteous, calling beforehand. A repair was required to a sliding glass window. One frame was repaired, the other window frame was slightly damaged and the sliding window pane/frame was COMPLETELY REPLACED, much appreciated! S. Taibi completed the repair quickly and easily. Very good service! All covered under RbA Warranty.

My husband and I had our new front door installed in November and did not get a lock and key. The front door could only be locked from the inside of the house. With the holidays and busy schedules, it was hard to get a hold of somebody to come. We can now finally use our new front door! They called and came early to get it done. Provided us with 2 keys. They even adjusted the door so that the stripping was not dragging so much. Thanks again!

Great place to get oddball stuff for truck no matter what type of truck 18 wheeler f650 F350 you name it. Parts men at the counter are extremely patient and understanding when you don't know what the heck you're trying to get.

Alex provide a great service in repairing the door, lock and stripping and rear lock. You carefully explain what was needed to be done and provided the materials needed to get the job done. He was helpful that he was open to all questions I asked about it and was very professional and Cordial in his demeanor. The service he provided help me in a better idea and appreciation of renewal by Anderson overall I give him an excellent rating.

I called today for a part the girl that picked up the phone took my info said she would call back and never did but from the tone of her voice I knew she wouldn’t call back. She didn’t seem care at allll. I ended up going to Volvo and got what I needed because those guys actually picked up the phone and were willing to help me. I guess fleetpride has enough money they didn’t need mine.

These guys were very knowledgeable and helpful. Extremely polite and ready to help get you the parts you need.

Manager shane has no idea what he is talking about and no idea how to run a store. Stay far away from this place. Save some money and just go to rush down the road on west little york

Worst branch Ferguson in the Mid Atlantic. Repeatedly disappointed by this location and some of its staff. Some issues seem to be directly related to Ferguson corporate decisions, but it hardly seems like they're trying to right those wrongs. Would strongly recommend going to any other branch or the competition. The amount of time I have wasted at this counter is astounding.

One of the staff members at the counter was able to provide my with all the part I needed and also showed me how to assemble everything. He saved the day. I didn't have to call a plumber, I did everything myself.

Second one I bought from them silver one was the first I purchased. This happens again. Poor quality equipment they sell. Need to find another store to buy my equipment. Unhappy as hell.

Rented for the school year, prepaid delivery and pickup, and prescheduled my pick up 2 months in advance. 4 PM the day prior to my pick up, they tell me it can’t happen for a couple more days. I’m moving so I alert them this isn’t going to work. At 8 pm they then tell me they actually can’t come for several days, so I should just keep the furniture. I had an apartment to myself, already bought new furniture for my next place, and was left with a massive amount of furniture I couldn’t move myself and one day to figure it out. No one from the company would even return my calls. Don’t waste your time with their incompetence. Leaving me with that furniture was absolutely not a favor, it was such a nightmare. I never write bad reviews but this warrants it.

The customer experience is a nightmare - that’s not even talking about the quality of the furniture (which varies between a beautiful couch and worn out tables). However, delivery and the associated communication just doesn’t work. The initial delivery was supposed to be all inclusive - delivery to the apartment and setup. Instead they placed the stuff on the curb, claiming there was no possibility to bring it up, despite the super waiting right there. The communication trying to solve this problem proved to be fruitless, a lot of back and forth without any outcome. We did not even receive the refund for the delivery, let alone an excuse. I’d urge anybody to refrain from using the services of this company.

I'm a Realtor and recently worked with Elisa Belcastro, who staged a home my team and I listed. It was a pleasure to work with her from start to finish on our project. I could not recommend her services more highly. She has keen creative sense of what a home needs to look great on the market. Our seller was skeptical at first about staging the home, but Elisa met with her multiple times to reassure her that it would be well worth it. Elisa worked with the budget we had and staged key rooms to great effect. Our listing was consistently viewed online and had nearly 50 viewings while it was on the market. The staging looked great in person and transformed the home by bringing it more up to date. In photos and the 3D walkthrough it made all the difference in attracting great buyers. The house went to market right before COVID and Brook Furniture was kind enough to waive rental fees during the few months of lockdown when we were not able to show the home. Installation and deinstallation of staging was very easy, their team was careful, quick, and professional.
